Beautiful stay with breathtaking views. You will stay in the lower part of the cottage (the upper part is reserved for the owner), so the accommodation may seem a little dark. The cottage is well-equipped, and very quiet. The mountain views are splendid. Thank you for this trip!

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Impeccable and very functional accommodation, as described! 15 min walk from the lake, via a nice little bike path. Air-conditioned bedroom, very useful in hot weather. Comfortable bedding. Very nice and very well maintained outdoor spa/sauna/terrace area, accessible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and accessible by a courtyard shared by the hosts. Good pizzeria and bakery a few meters away, city center 15 min walk. Very friendly exchanges with the host and welcome.

Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

A beautiful experience, a responsive and accommodating hotel, comfortable and peaceful accommodation... everything you need to have a beautiful stay in this beautiful corner of France. The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!

I booked a night to celebrate my birthday with my brothers and sisters in a holiday atmosphere in the mountains. In this nice, comfortable and quiet chalet we were able to enjoy ourselves, spend a nice evening and extend this good time by enjoying the beautiful sunny terrace for breakfast the next day! Elaine was very nice and even left me a little gift for my birthday. It went very well, thanks again!

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I recommend it!

It was just such a beautiful vacation. Patricia is such a lovely hostess and answered questions directly and gave us nice excursion tips for the whole family. We didn't miss anything in the house and felt very comfortable. The beds were cozy, the kitchen well equipped and we also had plenty of games and toys for the little ones. We were able to start hiking directly on foot, but also small hiking trails for children were a few minutes away by car. There is still so much to discover, we will definitely come back again.

I spent a night in this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come! First, Ghislaine is adorable and made sure we had everything we needed. Then, the accommodation is really very nice, with everything you need, a carefully thought-out decoration, perfectly faithful to the description. The balcony offers a splendid view of the heights of Aix with its many castles, perfect for breakfast! I felt comfortable in this accommodation, which is perfectly located (about 5 min walk from the train station, in the center). Thank you to Ghislaine for this wonderful experience!

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the Annecy animation festival. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location easy to find (20 min from the city center), quiet and beautiful. Our stay was absolutely incredible — everything we could have dreamed of and more! The house is perfect for a family with kids. Ours LOVED all the legos and toys, and the pool was a perfect afternoon hangout in the 85 degree temps. Many a spritz was had on the patio while watching the kids swim. ☺️ The views are breathtaking and provided so much peace and relaxation to our stay. The house is in a great, private location but would have been tricky to experience the surrounding areas without a rental car. Overall I would highly recommend this house and will likely dream about visiting again for years to come.

We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's. Our dog Paco and we were delighted to stay at the chalet. Spaces are large and clean. The garden is enclosed and private, which makes it a major asset. We had our independence, all 15 minutes from the center of Annecy. Thank you very much!
