A Dream Stay in Toscana! We had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful house in Toscana! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The house itself is stunning: spacious, spotless, and full of character, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. Sergio was incredibly helpful and kind; offering great local recommendations, and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and hospitality really made a difference.

This is a wonderful apartment in a beautiful medieval walled town. It's far enough away from the main tourist hotspots to still have a local unspoiled feel, but close enough to access those must see areas of Tuscany & Umbria. Laura is the wonderful host and the apartment has been so carefully arranged and is very comfortable. The perfect home away from home. Laura was always very prompt to respond to us, from the moment we requested our booking to her making sure that we were settled after our arrival. We very much appreciated that she had arranged for a personal greeting on arrival.She has clearly taken some time equipping the apartment. From furnishings to plentiful utensils, & all the information needed about where to go and what to do. Just about everything has been thought of. There is free car parking only a few metres away from the apartment, but those with mobility issues may feel that the steps to access the apartment from this side are just not ideal. A very enjoyable stay.

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Viciomaggio. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig und versprüht einen tollen Charme (restaurierte Ölmühle). Antike Einrichtungsgegenstände sind mit moderner Ausstattung (Küche, Badezimmer) kombiniert. Die Kommunikation mit Giovanni war freundlich und unkompliziert über den Chat. Ein privater Parkplatz befindet sich direkt an der Wohnung. Die Wohnung bietet einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt, um die Toskana zu erkunden. Florenz, Arezzo und das Val d'Orcia haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! :)

The host, Elena, could not have been more accommodating, helpful, selfless and kind. She offered to pick up our whole group from the train station, 6 people total, taking multiple trips (our parents weren’t staying with us). She did not accept any payment and was unbelievably warm and kind. Our parents Air BnB was not good enough, and Elena was thoughtful enough to help them find a much better one, with the help of her friend Alessia having availability. Throughout our stay, she organized a driver for us, Ali, who was just as phenomenal. It is very difficult to get a cab there, so we couldn’t have done without their care and effort. This was some of the best hospitality we have ever experienced and hope everyone has the pleasure of meeting amazing people like them. The suite/property had everything you need, and is in a beautiful, quaint, private space. 11/10 all around, and we look forward to coming back.

L’appartement est situé dans un endroit enchanteur! Le paysage est à couper le souffle. La cuisine est bien équipée, on s’est cuisiné des bonnes bouffes. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques et la piscine très pratique pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visites. Un merci spécial à Deb, la voisine qui nous a accueillit et guidé tout au long de notre séjour. Grâce à ses recommandations, nous avons découvert un vignoble : Ciarliana, où Sara nous a fait une dégustation au delà de nos attentes. On est carrément en amour avec la Toscane!

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

Our stay exceeds our expectations. It should be scored 6 out of 5. Unbelievable place and host. Close to most of the Tuscany spots of sight seen and calm in the same time. It looks better than on photos. If you are looking for a place to enjoy the calm and relax from rush, go ahead. Strongly recommend

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Spectacular view as pictured. Since the apartment is located in the historic center, you need to park at a parking lot a little outside the center (which is the case for all the apartments in the area). Apartment was overall more spacious than expected. Although the balcony was quite narrow, the beautiful view made up for it. Location was convenient to walk to many shops and restaurants.

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

This place is a quiet, sizeable gem! The house itself was large for 2 people. The terrace overlooking the property was just lovely. Having dinner and breakfast there was so special. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. Lucia treated the kitchen with her fresh olive oil. The bed was comfortable and windows provided shade from the Tuscan sun for complete darkness granting great nights sleep. The history behind the place is also worth asking about! Overall really with our stay. It truly felt like a sweet, welcoming Tuscan home.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar, está muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Nous avons été ravie de cet appartement très bien placé à Florence qui est une ville merveilleuse, il est situé très proche du fameux Ponte Vecchio Et nous nous sommes régalé grâce à la gastronomie Florentine. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

Wygodny choć nieco staromodny apartament w spokojnej okolicy, wokół dużo zieleni i piękny widok z okna. Duży i zadbany basen z przestrzenią do odpoczynku. Dobre miejsce na relaks po zwiedzaniu Sieny i okolic.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
