Great place. Greate value for money especially if split between a group of people (I stayed alone). Sea views from multiple vantage points. Hosts communicative. Left plenty of towels, coffee, water, etc. Gated and secure community. Recommended.

We had a great stay, really nothing to say except that the hot tub didn't work but that's okay, we can still take a bath lol The place where the apartment is located and close to the corniche, Sidi Bou Said, 10 minutes from Tunis center by taxi The host was extremely responsive. Really nothing to say at the slightest problem, he responded and fixed the problem, the apartment is super great good. We had a lovely stay at Moncef's, the proximity to the sea is very nice! The apartment is spacious with our two children. A favorite for the garden turtles, which were very much appreciated by the kids.

Excellent location in an upmarket neighbourhood. Directly across the street is a great restaurant and café, perfect for morning breakfast and dinner in the evening. Quiet area at night and good security. Located on a side street with on street parking outside the front gate. Quick three minute drive, or 10-15 minute walk down the hill to La Marsa beach. Would highly recommend! Only shortcoming was that the pool hadn’t been cleaned. There was rain the night before so the pool was full of leaves.

Bilel is a golden host. He gave me a very good welcome and we communicated during the stay when I had something to ask him about the apartment or the place to park the car. The apartment is ideally located with Sidi Bou Said and the Marsa Corniche nearby and the place is totally quiet at night. This is the perfect place to rest in the evening. 100% recommended

The house was clean, it has everything you’d need! The area is vibrant with many restaurants and cafes around. Mr. khaled was very responsive and gave clear instructions. I would definitely recommend staying here!
