Très jolie maison avec un beau jardin fleuri Qq petits ajustements mais le propriétaire a été réactif et a pu nous venir en aide Le Monoprix est à 3 minutes à pied et la place de Gammarth a 5/10 minutes Nous avons passé un très beau séjour

✨ Un vrai petit bijou à Sidi Bou Saïd ! L’appartement était exactement ce que nous cherchions : typique, décoré dans le pur style tunisien, avec beaucoup de charme. Situé dans une petite impasse calme, il offre une vraie immersion dans l’atmosphère du village. 🏡 Très propre, bien agencé, et à quelques minutes à pied du centre. Rien à redire ! L’accueil était également impeccable. Je recommande vivement ! 🌟

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Votre logement très propre, literie et linge lit de très haute qualité. ❤️ Dommage que la troisième chambre n'est pas pourvue un grand lit !😉 Climatisation partout 😃 2 salles de bain ( salle d'eau ,douche à l' Italienne ) et une avec baignoire. Logement à la hauteur de nos attentes. Merci 🙏🏻

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Moncef, la proximité avec la mer est très agréable! L’appartement est spacieux avec nos deux enfants. Petit coup de cœur pour les tortues du jardin, qui ont été très appréciées par les enfants.

La maison correspondait parfaitement aux photos et à la description. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté, le calme et la sérénité de la villa située dans un quartier sécurisé, ce qui a rendu mon séjour très agréable. Je remercie Momtez également pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et la rapidité de ses réponses à mes questions, ce qui a grandement facilité mon séjour. Je garde un excellent souvenir de cette expérience que je renouvellerai sans hésitation. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Franchement rien a dire c’est un 10/10 sans faute . La villa et nickel, spacieuse, incroyable, magnifique, propre, bien équipe surtout !. j’ai passé un magnifique séjour, la piscine et magnifique propre et chauffer. Nous nous sommes sentie comme chez nous tout est à coter que sa soit a pied ou en voiture la maison et très bien situé un endroit calme un endroit ou se garer UN ENDROIT PARFAIT POUR SE DETENDRE ! Bilel et incroyable, professionnel, gentille , répond a la seconde au messages , disponible 24h/24 je le répète mais c’est un 10/10 je vous le conseille 10000 fois Mercii beaucoup se séjour magnifique 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Sunny villa, beach front, authentic Tunisian architecture and decoration, super clean, each room is a charm! A true immersion into the Tunisian culture. We enjoyed the pool as much as we enjoyed the beach. The view was… breathtaking! Calm neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops. We will come back this summer for sure. Thanks to the host, she was super helpful, flexible and proactive!

I'll preface this by saying I'm an American. I don't speak French. I've never been to Tunisia before. None of that kept Hassen from wanting to help us or from taking care of us. Hassen and his team were amazing. The place is wonderful and having access to the Club's amenities is a huge bonus. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. Hassen was communicative and helped us with some special requests centering around our very young children. The view from the upper balcony is incredible. I can't recommend enough staying here, especially for the very reasonable price.

We really loved this stay, it had amazing views and a really cool gated area. It was a bit difficult to find but the hosts are super responsive and really help you out. I would totally recommend this place - amazing views, location and property.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great for exploring La Marsa and Tunis and it is conveniently located next to the TGM train, a large Monoprix and other shops and restaurants. Plenty of room, comfortable beds etc. Really enjoyed the pool and the owners provided some welcome coffees, juice, chips, biscuits etc. Felt like a home away from home, had fast fibre and a smart TV. Would definitely recommend.

Great for value, Riadh is a very kind host. The location is perfect, particularly if you have an event to attend at Pavillon Gammart. The flat is close to a beach however, you will need to take some stairs down to reach it. I highly recommend this host.

J'ai passé un bon séjour à Tunis. L'appartement est proche de tout. l'a plusieurs options de supermarchés, magasins, salles de sport et l'aéroport est jusqu'à cote. Sawssen est une hôtel communicative, amicale et sympathique.

Cherif is an amazing guy, extremely friendly, helpful, has recommendations and even offered to get some food for us and chat a bit before checking out. The apartment could not be better located in La Marsa, right next to the beach and a lot of nice restaurants around. Highly recommend it!

The apartment had everything i needed and more. loved the fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. A great value!

The place was awesome, the view was captivating and Boris was an awesome communicator, we had some emergency that emerged from our part and he was ready to work with us and help us with checking out, I am definitely coming back for this ! Thank you for the awesome stay.
