Great stay! The location is quite central, there is everything nearby. Nesrine and her friend were super welcoming and available, perfect communication. I recommend it!

Nice old style house. The closed private garden really gives it something special. Good climate control. 3 aircos. Only downside are the light switches. They dont always work properly and need replacement/upgrading

the house was clean and as described, the host was responding quickly to my messages and helped me setting up the TV channels for kids , it's bit up hill to walk down the beach 🏖️ 10 min , but was driving so no issues. will definitely recommend and visit again.

Ahmed is one of the best hosts I have ever met! Always responded very quickly and was ready to help. The flat is just wonderful, everything corresponds to the photos. Very clean, bright, very nice terrace outside. The house itself is located in a nice central area, close to shops and the beach. My friends and I were very satisfied, I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart!

This was a great stay. We loved the spacious apartment and balcony. Everything was spotless and well-equipped. One thing to note is that the lift didn't work during our stay (this was known prior to booking) and the flat is on the third floor, but the climb is manageable. It is on a side-ish street in La Marsa, making it both accessible and quiet as the bedroom faces inwards. A must visit is the Couscous Tree restaurant just around the corner.

Had a great time at Anna's place! The apartment is as described, very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Anna was a very warm, available and caring host, which really helped make my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend her place and would not hesitate to return if I came back to the area!

Everything was perfect for my 2 children and me! We had a great time at this beautiful, tastefully decorated place. All amenities are nearby, store, pharmacy, restaurant, beach, train station, bus, etc. Finally, Asma is attentive and always available, she did everything to make our arrival go as smoothly as possible and she even arranged for the departure. Samia’s place is a beautiful and peaceful gem. What an honor to experience not only incredible hospitality, but the home/ location itself is perfect. Everything is walkable, especially to the beach. The home itself is surrounded by a well tended garden by Samia, with her adorable cats, it felt like the perfect sanctuary. The home is incredibly space with a mix of traditional and modern amenities. I look forward to another visit in the future!

It's a quiet family neighbourhood. I could walk to the archaeological sites of Carthage when I was feeling energetic or there was a local bus that went right past them for only one dinar. You buy the ticket on the bus. That same bus goes all the way into the center of Tunis as well if you want to visit the Medina. In the evenings it's an easy walk up to the smaller alleys and photogenic buildings of Sidi Bou Said. There are a lot of people out and about up there - locals and tourists. But I'd recommend you come back down to the neighbourhood you are staying in for some cheaper Tunisian food at neighborhood eateries. All in all a very interesting stay

The place was clean, the same as the photos, and very cozy! We had a great time at Chema's place. Restaurants are nearby, the place is well located to visit everywhere without driving too much, and a food store is just around the corner. The garden was a real plus and we loved having breakfast on the terrace. In addition, Chema is very welcoming and very responsive when needed! We'll be back for a future stay at this listing.

My friends and I had a great time, incredible value for money. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, clean and cozy. The terrace definitely gives an extra touch, very nice to have dinner in the evening. There is also a washing machine. Marwen was very helpful in welcoming us and making us find the apartment ready, she recommended where to go to eat and was very kind to let us check out beyond the indicated time. The location is convenient for visiting local places. Recommended!

Bilel is a golden host. He gave me a very good welcome and we communicated during the stay when I had something to ask him about the apartment or the place to park the car. The apartment is ideally located with Sidi Bou Said and the Marsa Corniche nearby and the place is totally quiet at night. This is the perfect place to rest in the evening. 100% recommended
