House holiday rentals in La Lande-de-Fronsac

Staying at Sophie & Bruno’s place was like staying with friends. The location was perfect for us, outside the city but easy access to the tram to get into Bordeaux or by car to the surrounding area. Three great double bedrooms with ensuite rooms, all air conditioned. We had a terrace to sit outside and eat breakfast. Sophie has an amazing address book for restaurants and we ate out very well each night (La Table de Decanteur (local resto with amazing wine), Zephirine, Ressources (both amazing restaurants, easy to reach by tram) and La Cor(o)niche by the Bassin d’Arcachon). There are plenty of local shops in Le Bouscat easily accessible on foot. We will definitely stay with Sophie again if we’re in Bordeaux, it’s nice to be out of the heat of the city. Sophie & Bruno are very welcoming and make you feel very much at home, nothing is too much trouble. I think my favourite Airbnb to date.

Ce séjour fut incroyablement reposant dans un environnement calme, au cœur de la nature et au charme fou . Béatrice et Christophe sont des hôtes extrêmement gentils , accueillants et dynamiques , qui ont le sens du partage . Nous avons pu profiter de tous leurs conseils sur la région , les restaurants , le domaine viticole . Le logement est parfait , il correspond en tous points à la description . N’hésitez pas si vous recherchez un havre de paix à 10 min de St Emilion . À recommander +++

Un beau moment de détente après un long trajet en moto. Piscine, fontaine, lumières, espace naturel agréable et bien agencé. un petit déjeuner bien apprécié pour démarrer la journée. je recommande

Our party (5 couples) stayed at the property looking for an authentic experience of French food and wine, and hoping for a bit of rustic luxury sprinkled on top and this place did not disappoint. Everyone was blown away by the house's beautiful interiors, exteriors and amazing views. The house had everything we needed (and more). We loved the large outdoor table where we could all sit comfortably for a social breakfast and enjoy the stunning vistas. The location of the house is superb, surrounded by beautiful views and very peaceful. The bike ride to St Emillion took us along quiet country roads, meandering past many exquisite chateaus and vineyards. Finally, special mention to our wonderful host Ellie who couldn't do enough for us. Great recommendations, excellent local knowledge, extremely helpful and thoughtful, super fast to respond to any messages, and really flexible and generous.

Majoitus ylitti odotuksemme. Rakastimme pihaa, uima-allasta, ja ympäröivää maisemaa.Sijainti oli loistava ja maagisen kaunis pikku- kylien ympäröimänä. Majoituimme lasten kanssa, ja siellä oli kaikki, mitä tarvitsumme. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö, pesuaineet, siivousvälineet pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.. Talo oli viihtyisa, ja yksityiskohtiin oli kiinnitetty huomiota. Kaunnit makuuhuoneet, hyvät vuoteet. Majoittaja oli avulias ja vastasi nopeasti. Tunsimme olomme tervetulleeksi, hemmotelluksi. Nautimme, emmekä olisi halunneet lähteä!

Lovely place to stay, a little oasis with a secluded garden and pool hidden from the road, which we thoroughly enjoyed using. Anne was lovely and welcoming and happy to provide lots of suggestions throughout our stay. Lots of lovely touches - we had food in our fridge, fruit to eat and she left us a basket of fresh bread on our first morning there. Great location, easy to walk to the river and all the shops but close to public transport when needed.

La maison est chaleureuse, accueillante, très propre et parfaitement aménagée. Tout est bien pensé et bien équipé, ce qui la rend très cosy. Le calme environnant et l’extérieur agréable permettent une vraie déconnexion. La place de parking juste devant est un vrai plus. Max est très agréable, souriant, disponible et à l’écoute. Tout s’est passé à merveille, nous serions bien restées un peu plus longtemps. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

Lovely home and perfect for the four of us. Very close to town and very quiet. Easy access to wonderful restaurants. The check in was great and cannot thank them for also taking my niece to Station as we had to leave before her. Parking is not for feint hearted but good. If you cannot face the reverse then easy to park on road heading out towards station. Would stay again. Thanks

We had the loveliest week here. It’s a beautiful property, in a idyllic spot on the river, with a lovely pool and garden. The inside of the property was beautiful and felt brand new! We found we could walk to the train station and into the small town easily to explore the area. You will also have the friendliest hosts! Thank you for a memorable stay

We had the best week in this beautiful house. The outlook and the facilities were perfect and Lili was a fantastic host. Would recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Nathalie, logement impeccable, nous avons pu profiter le soir de sa partie extérieure abritée pour prendre un bon repas dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Endroit calme et discret. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation

Appartements plein de charmes, très bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville de Libourne. Très calme et refait à neuf avec beaucoup de goût, et d’attention aux détails. On a adoré le toune disque avec les vinyles! Une partie de molki endiablé ! Des hôtes plus que gentils et très disponible, merci encore à eux de s’être adapté à notre arrivée si tardive. On recommande chaudement !

La maison est propre et bien située, à 30min a pieds de la Riviere Dordogne avec très bon petit resto au bord de l'eau. Logement à seulement 20min en voiture de Bordeaux. L'environnement est calme et vu sur les vignes. Nous nous retrouvions en famille et le logement à répondu à tous nos besoins. Tres bonne communication avec Marie! Merci!

Logement très sympa, sur la rive droite, dans un quartier calme, à moins de 20 mn en tram des rues animées rive gauche. Logement très convivial, à la déco soignée. Jardins appréciables même si en cette époque de l'année, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine et des coins détente extérieurs. Bref, un logement idéal pour allier effervescence bordelaise et repos au calme. J'ajouterai que Jules est un hôte très sympa à la communication irréprochable. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons loué le gîte pour la deuxième fois, c’est donc que nous avons été satisfaits, lieu très tranquille et agréable, bien équipé et qui appelle au repos.

Great recommendations for Chateau's, Restaurants and things to do. We had 8 nights and could have easily had 8 more and still not seen a fraction of what the area has to offer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Christelle pour une nuit. Tout était conforme à la description. Logement de très bonne qualité, neuf, cuisine et salle de bain très bien équipées, propreté irréprochable ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Terrasse très agréable. Sejour très agréable dans un logement parfaitement aménagé et décoré. Tout est prévu et pensé pour satisfaire au mieux les voyageurs. Environnement paisible et charmant. Hôte qui a gentiment accepté notre demande tardive pour une personne supplémentaire. Amenés a revenir dans la région, nous réserverons, sans aucun doute, ce logement. Our stay here was wonderful. The house is roomy, nicely decorated and quite new. There is a very large laundry with washing machine and drying racks (no dryer), a large kitchen and meals area, two large bedrooms and a large outdoor area. The air conditioning is efficient and there is another air conditioning unit in the loft bedroom. The bedrooms have shutters to keep out the light and the beds and pillows are comfy. The TV is a smart TV and there are wineries everywhere in the area. As others have mentioned, there isn’t a toilet in the upstairs bathroom. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and steep and this may pose a problem if you need a toilet in the middle of the night. Also, as the apartment is a little remote and has numerous windows at ground level, one may feel exposed. The windows are double glazed and the lock is strong but we closed the driveway gate to feel more secure. It was quiet and peaceful and we loved our stay.

Cedric and Pauline are the best hosts we have had, so kind and accommodating. The accommodation was better than the pictures. The pool is brand new, clean, warm and the deck was perfect for sunbathing. Ruby is the cutest dog and was so good with our Frenchie and welcoming. Most comfortable bed ever! 15 mins to Bordeaux and 20 mins to Saint Emillion, perfect location! Amazing stay!
