The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk less than 5 mins to the beach where they have a spectacular view. There are restaurants and grocery store nearby as well. Silvana was very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

The apartment is in top condition. We immediately felt at home. It is superbly equipped: washing machine, fridge and all important utensils were available. The area is great – the beach is just around the corner, and there are restaurants and bars everywhere.

Wonderful apartment and great hosts. Highly recommend. Note: renting a car would be worthwhile to see more of the island.

A great place with great people. We stayed two nights with two adults and a 2-year-old. It was a paradise. A very nice property with sweet animals and the two pools. From there you can make nice excursions and lie in the hot tub in the evening and look at the stars. Check-in was hassle-free, check out was flexible in time. Every question was answered quickly and wishes such as crib and washing were quickly implemented. Thank you so much for the great break!! :)

I want to start with thanking María, she is a wonderful host and made sure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately, there were construction works going at the building which caused a lot of noise. María immediately took my concerns very seriously and offered a solution. She responded quickly to any problems or concerns I had. Here's my review about the studio: - The kitchen is very complete and perfect for cooking every day. - The internet is fast and suited for video calls. - The place itself looks even better than on the pictures, e.g. there is a desk with desk chair included, and the actual tv is better than the one pictured. The studio is clearly well maintained. - The location! You just step out the door and you're immediately on the beach. Some small negative points: - It can be very dark during most of the day because the building on the opposite side blocks the light - If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs. The windows are thin and there's noise from traffic outside

Great stay at this property. We really appreciated the layout and size of the place. The 2 bedrooms were perfectly soundproofed. The very well-equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the welcome basket with the local specialties and the little attention that was given to us on Valentine's Day. During the 13 nights that lasted our stay, we benefited from 2 full cleaning. The secure parking in the basement was a plus. We appreciated the proximity to Las Canteras beach and the very large shopping center of Las Arenas We recommend 100% this place for a stay in Las Palmas.

The apartment is within a couple of minutes walk to the harbour with all the lovely restaurants. It was well appointed. We were a little surprised that there was no oven in the kitchen as we like to cook occasionally but it didn’t detract from the experience. Would be great for a family.

Andrea is an attentive and helpful host, the house is clean and cared for in every detail. The sharing of the house with other guests was very pleasant. The location is great, the neighborhood is characteristic and very nice. Experience to Repeat thanks Andrea🙏

Beautiful and large clean apartment for us very sypatic and reactive staff. It was wonderful to have a breakfast in the sun in the garden. 5 minutes' walk is also a very good local restaurant. The location is good as you are on the highway in 5 minutes. You are in +/- 15 minutes in Maspalimas and in +/- 25 minutes in Las Palmas. We liked it very much and would come back any time. it is recommended to everyone.

a charming apartment facing the port of Agaete, close to restaurants and salt pans for swimming. from the top of the terrace, you can contemplate the sunsets. Silvana is a most welcoming host.

We had a lovely and relaxing 5 days here. The location might look remote but it's only a 15 minute drive from Maspalomas which makes it perfect to enjoy the peace and quiet but still have access to the amenities of the big town. Joris provided very clear directions and a map location to find the place which worked out well even in the dark. Even though we arrived later in the evening, it was a very smooth check-in and we could even enjoy the hot tub to relax after the travels of the day. I had initially booked a room without an ensuite but we were bumped up to an ensuite room for more privacy, which we appreciated! The big common kitchen area has everything you need to cook your own meals - we only did this for breakfast/lunch but you can also use it for dinner. Thanks to Joris, Consuelo and Peter for the hospitality and all the fun chats and much love to Piri, the most docile and cuddly doggo! We are looking forward to coming back here!

The place is a great starting point to go hiking in tamabada natural park. It’s also nice to visit Playa de las nieves in Agaete and the natural pools in Galdar and Faro de Sardina. Ramon (Carlos father) was very friendly and responsive. I cooked my own meals in the fully equipped kitchen and liked sitting im the garden. I recommend having a rental car to explore the north of gran canaria. The next supermarket is in Agaete. I loved the cat, which was very lovely and always curious ❤️ Thanks Ramon for the nice talks!

Very clean and comfortable, Ysaura and Andrés are great in addition they put all the facilities to spend a pleasant weekend. Highly recommended.

This is a great rural getaway. Great walks and cycle rides around the property as well as many good cafes and bars.

We had a very nice time at the place. It's a very quiet area and the apartment is beautiful. Manuel communicated with us at all times and offered us local recommendations to eat and visit on the island. Highly recommended.

Staying at Ana’s place felt like how Airbnb was when it first started. A beautiful place and an amazing host. Ana made sure we felt so welcome and provided so many good local recommendations. Location was ideal, especially if you want to be easily connected to the buses (that can get you to most of the island). Will definitely stay again on my next visit to Gran Canaria.

We spent some amazing days in this home. The house was spotless, very nicely appointed and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to everything you need: beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and places to explore. Marisa was very kind and attentive from the first moment, always available for any questions or recommendations. We felt right at home from day one. We would definitely repeat and recommend it 100%.

Newly renovated apartment with everything you need. Bed very nice. Balcony spacious, table, chairs and benches. The sun has been on the balcony around and out of noon, which was fine for us who used our mornings on gusts. We then had the sun until she sizzled into the ocean. Wanted to get in the sun earlier, you just clicked down to the pool garden where both garden and pool were out of the way clean. A short walk to the food shops and restaurants that offered both music woof and sports broadcasts on big screens. The location is on top of the hill above the Amadoresstrōnd and it took us about 15-20 min to rōlta down to the strōnd and similar time up again. Did not bother to rōlta you just grabbed a taxi, but a taxi emergency was located right at the entrance of the house. Then it took a similar amount of time to cross over to Puerto Rico on the other side of the hill and one could choose to swing the slope or take the trōpps 709. Great place we would recommend and hopefully have to visit again.
