Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Guyonnière

Emmanuelle was so helpful and lovely, apartment was very well situated and had everything we needed. Any messages that I had sent, she was very quick at responding and provided us great recommendations for our trip in Nantes. Would highly recommend staying with Emmanuelle!

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Quiet location, very well maintained apartment and with all the amenities available (washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.). The decor is cozy, you feel at home. In addition to the nice touches from the owners (brioche, fruit juice, homemade jam and homemade cookies) we really appreciated these welcoming gestures as well as the kindness and smile of the owners. We had a very cute little flower garden with the singing of some chickens. We'll keep the address safe if we come back to the area because it's 5 or 10 minutes from Puy du Fou, which is very nice.

T1 bis very clean. Responsive host Under the roof, so it is very hot in case of strong heat, fortunately there are 2 fans available.

Laurent's accommodation is smaller and less flashy than it appears in the photos but it is nonetheless very pleasant, in a residence overlooking an inner courtyard and in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on the balcony. Many small shops are nearby for the delight of the taste buds. Transportation is also very close, but in any case it is possible to walk to the city center or to the island's machines. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Josias is very available for communication. The accommodation is consistent with its description and located at the back of the charming courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. As Parisians, we appreciated the silence and tried to preserve it

A beautiful house with a pleasant and well-appointed garden space. The environment is very quiet in the heart of the countryside. The house is very welcoming, spacious and tastefully decorated. We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.
