Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Grave

We had a great stay at this apartment! It is very centrally located, with a short distance to restaurants, shops and attractions. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and well-equipped – everything worked as it should. The host was nice and responded quickly to messages. Highly recommended!

We spent one night, the apartment is as described, clean and well located. It is comfortable and everything is well described in the booklet. Small touches are left, the spa is very pleasant. The only regret is the departure time, 10 a.m. is really early. Finally, there is not much time left to enjoy.

I had a lovely stay at this very well-located airbnb in the city of Vauban. All the comforts you needed and advertised were there. I will return there without hesitation. Just beware of the slightly steep stairs to access the 2nd floor of the building for people who should have trouble moving.

Florence was very pleasant and attentive. Her accommodation is perfect and very clean, it's nice. I highly recommend it and without a second thought. Florence responds quickly and is available.

I spent a weekend at Sylvain's place. It is quiet and not overlooked. The place is tastefully renovated. The place is also well-equipped. The view from the accommodation is great. A very nice place to relax/spend a quiet stay.

we had a great stay for Easter with the family, we were 12 people and the cottage was largely well equipped to accommodate all this little world. the welcome is excellent, quick and efficient, the location is perfect. the views are stunning, the ideal location. unfortunately the resort was closed, a few shops only open but enough to be able to enjoy the rest of snow with the children and very good hikes around. i highly recommend this cottage which out of season is an exceptional property. we were all sad to have to leave it, but like all good things at the end. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 👌👌🏔️🥾

A very beautiful place, an exceptional welcome, a particularly neat, warm cottage, where everything is recent and very well equipped, very spacious rooms, with in addition to the little touches of our hosts, present and responsive. We had a wonderful stay! The chalet was warm, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bath was a luxurious touch, and the well-equipped kitchen (with a great coffee machine) made self-catering easy. Plenty of storage, including good ski storage. The steep stairs are worth noting for those with mobility issues or younger children, but not an issue for us. 200m to the nearest blue slope (which can be icy), and a 10–20 min uphill walk to town. One of the absolute highlights was the incredible views and surroundings- truly breathtaking and made the stay even more special. Overall, we had a really enjoyable time and would absolutely recommend this chalet to others!

Sylvain is very welcoming and available with his wife Françoise! The studio was true to the description, very clean, with everything you need! Super easy to park, close to everything! I would highly recommend it!

Great stay as a family at France's in the Maisonette. We left the car and went on vacation, everything is nearby. The house is very well equipped and warm with a magnificent view.

My cycling friends and I decided to cycle in the region around Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. When we went looking for a suitable base, we ended up at "Au Pied des Cols" by Laurent. This turned out to be a modern, compact, detached holiday home, literally at the foot of Col du Chaussy and Col du Sapey, in a beautiful, quiet location near Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. Large enough for the three of us, ideal for cyclists as well; there is a practical storage space, including all the equipment for cleaning and maintenance of the bikes, perfect. The communication with Laurent went smoothly and smoothly, the check-in and check-out also, flexible by using the key box. All in all, this apartment is highly recommended!

A perfect stay! Daniel is very available, flexible and communication was quick and pleasant. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and very well equipped. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathtub in the bathroom is beautiful. The calm of the neighborhood and the unobstructed view offer a real break for relaxation. Parking space is a real plus. Very close to Grenoble! It felt like home!

We had a pleasant stay at Laurence's. The location is strategic for skiing on Orelle-Val Thorens, plus a free shuttle is available at the residence. The accommodation is clean and functional. The bedroom bedding could be renewed, but we will come back without hesitation. Thank you Laurence for the valuable advice and your hospitality!

We enjoyed the view of the mountains from the terrace, it was quiet there. You could use the heated swimming pool, which was good after a day of skiing. Everything you needed was in stock in the cottage. There were also beach chairs that I enjoyed when I could no longer ski due to ski accident. Sylvain was very friendly and quick and correct to message. I would recommend it.
