Present at check-in and check-out, they listened and did everything to make our stay great. We discovered Montreuil, a young and very nice city, lively but with quiet and safe streets. The house: beautiful decor, well-distributed rooms, very functional, the living room and the manager room can accommodate 8 guests, the sofas, the armchairs are comfortable. Everything is clean, clear, bright. The kitchen open to the manager room is equipped with recent and high-end appliances (bosch, samsung...), spacious bathrooms and the two bedrooms on the garden are bright and the bedding super comfortable, with recent mattresses (king and queen size), some farms and very firm, other fluffy. We didn't try the sofa bed, but we're sitting well, so... Note: two of the four bedrooms overlook the street, where a bus line passes (convenient to go to Vincennes), so if you are insoniaque or have very light sleep, choose the two bedrooms on the garden. The garden was in bloom when we stayed. Several tables, sun loungers and sunbeds allow you to isolate yourself for books. We were lucky enough to see it sunk all day. It's a haven of peace and greenery, appreciated by birds, butterflies...and humans, young and old;-) In short: you can go there without a second thought, you will be, like us, in love.

We had a wonderful stay at Linda's home. It is a beautiful old property in a fantastic location. In particular we appreciated the open plan kitchen and living space, comfortable beds, nice hot shower, and the pretty courtyard with roses. The house is secure with a big solid gate on the road. We were delighted to find that the house is close to the Roland Garros tennis stadium. There is also a hotel nearby called the Molitor which has a wonderful history from the 1920s and is worth checking out for the rooftop bar and a view of the pool. There are restaurants and cafes within a 15 minute walk or less - if we had more time we would have spent more time in the area near the metro station Boulogne Jean Jaures (line 10). Beautiful house with amazing views. Very nice open space. Good sized rooms and well presented. Lovely large fridge and freezer. Host is very friendly and communicated well and easily. Only slight negative was that there were lots of bees in the lawn so the children couldnt play there, but they still enjoyed the space.

Lily’s home was a restful retreat after long days of exploring Paris as a family. The transit and grocery proximity were convenient. We visited the bakery across the street on several mornings and afternoons. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and we enjoyed dining on the patio. Lily’s home is very well kept and she provides explicit instructions for everything you need to know. We’d love to stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Catherine's. We were able to celebrate our daughter's baptism there, and welcome our family. The access directions are very clear, the communication was excellent from the beginning to the end of the exchanges. The house is spacious, with a large garden garden. Catherine leaves games available for children, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. A big thank you!

Christiane and her husband are exceptional hosts who do everything to make the stay as enjoyable as possible! They are very welcoming, just like their small studio which has everything you need and comfort for a good stay! We really enjoyed our stay at the house! Having free parking right in front was such a relief. The game room in the basement was a great bonus and added to the fun. The location was very convenient — just a short walk to the train station and nearby restaurants. The stairs down to the basement were quite narrow, but manageable. The hosts were great — very friendly and responsive to all our messages. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again when we’re back in Paris.

Wonderful location on quiet street blocks from train stop. So easy to get to Paris. Also great bakery at end of street. Loved eating/drinking on back patio. Franck came to unclog a shower drain and proactively cleaned all the drains and changed a lightbulb. The house stays nice and cool on the 1st floor but we had a 98F day with no breeze at night. Those of us sleeping on 3rd floor had a rough night. Fans would have helped that night.

Very good accommodation, very nicely decorated with the canvas of Jouy (wallpaper, cushion, etc.) very well equipped. Very nice welcome by the manager. We had a great time with the family. I recommend it.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

The house was very well-kept and clean. The host of the house treated us like family. She booked and drove me to a doctor’s appointment, and also took me to several places in the city, accompanying and assisting me on her own time. She had flexible check in and check out times, as we came in early and checked out late with no problem at all. If I were to list everything she had done for me, this review would be far too long. We cannot thank her enough for her hospitality, and we can’t wait to come back.

Wow! This beautiful home is a work of art!!! My family had the best time staying here. We loved loved loved the vintage pinball machine (my high score was 21,333,234) and the outdoor space is perfect for hosting a small gathering of family and friends. Our daughters bonded by playing bocci ball and ping pong. It was also very special meeting Philippe and he’s inspired me to create more art and build a space like this. Very grateful for the good vibes. If you want to escape the hustle of Paris and have a staycation in a beautiful space you should reserve today!

Beautiful, comfortable, modern and very clean house. Loïc places particular emphasis on welcoming tenants to make them feel comfortable. Very helpful and available, he was able to provide us with fans for the day when it was 35-36°. Loïc is accommodating with arrival and departure times. The place is quiet with trees all around. Close to the Vélizy-Villacoublay shopping center, Paris and Versailles are also nearby. We really enjoyed this stay, which we highly recommend. Thanks again Loïc.

I would not hesitate to book this Airbnb. Great location near Ternes metro. Short walk to a grocery store and fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartment looked as nice in person as in the photos. Martin was very easy to communicate with. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I booked this place for a family trip (4 adults/3 kids). Amazing property with all amenities. The photos don’t do it justice! Peaceful location and space for a vehicle. If you don’t have your own transport, I’d advise looking up directions to get to Paris. There is local train station about a 20 minute walk and about 2/3 stops to Paris. Property was in good condition apart from a few cracked tiles but not worth complaining over considering the size of the house. We made use of the cinema (and I made good use of the massage chair!) The house is perfect it is even more beautiful in real life. It's spacious and very clean. It contains many amenities, we lacked nothing. Nafi is a huge kindness, she is very responsive and available. I would recommend it 100%

The pictures do it no justice. It was a beautiful home with a generous host who guided us on restaurants, walkable grocery stores and even walked with us to a restaurant to speak to the manager for us, ensuring we were in good hands. The home is gorgeous and clean. Emma was extremely responsive and gave helpful tips for where we were traveling that day. We will be back and most definitely will travel to her villa again with our family again.
