Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

The room was a very spacious and comfortable space!The host was very attentive, and I was able to stay with peace of mind.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

We were a little hesitant between this house and several hotel rooms, but still chose this one because of the nice common areas, the amenities in the house and the atmosphere. And I have had no regrets at all! Price is somewhat on the high side, but it is a large and well-equipped house and a location from which you can quickly get to the center by public transport. You also have several shops nearby and you can easily park your car, even in your own parking space. The house is very nice and cozy inside, and we also enjoyed the garden. We quickly felt at home with our group of 12 people. Recommended! Merci Marine!

The house was just like the pictures. Plenty of space for a group and easy access to central Paris through public transportation. Caroline was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Great affluent and well designed, new, very clean with nicely chosen decor and quality furniture/ equipment. Very quiet environment. Thomas is a thoughtful, available and responsive host. We feel expected and pampered. Honestly a product of exceptional value for money and we speak informed because we are large users of Abnb listings.

Beautiful, spacious and bright apartment in a recent and well-secured condominium. Clean and well-equipped, very well soundproofed although located on a busy avenue. Very easy and well explained access. The plus: the large comfortable bed and the parking space in the basement. Easy and fluid communication with Youri. This apartment deserves its good rating.

National itinerant salesperson, rare Airbnb has this level of service. small bathroom yes, but it has everything you need. A no, just need a hair dryer. The apartment matched the description and our expectations: clean, refurbished, well located and reasonably priced. Grocery stores, bakeries, pastry shops and restaurants nearby. Easily accessible public transport from the train station a few minutes' walk away connects us to all the networks in the Paris region (Versailles Palace, Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, etc.). Fabienne welcomed us with open arms and gave us several tips and suggestions on transport and activities. We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

It's a small but very nice apartment, it's as if you're really living in Paris. I just don't recommend it for more than two people. It's really small for those of us who live in the Americas.
