Studio rental in La Foux d'Allos on the top floor with elevator access. 4 beds available. Recently renovated, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and new bedding (160 X 200). Kitchen towels/sheets/towels not provided. Shuttles at the bottom of the residence, a short walk from the first Marin Pascal ski lifts. Within the residence you will find all amenities with bar, restaurant and grocery store as well as a pool table in the lobby. Beautiful view of the Col d'Allos. Ski storage room.

Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

It is ideally located because quiet and family neighborhood while being 5 min from the center of the resort on foot and 20m from the Labrau chairlift and caisses as well as renters and shops. There is a floor to access the Building of the home which is itself on the 1st floor. The residence has parking at the foot of the building.
