Everything is positive, very spacious house, well equipped and functional. Impeccable cleanliness. The place is quiet. The large garden on the back of the fully fenced house allows our little dog to roam freely outside without the risk of it running away! Allows 2 cars in without any problem (see 3). Armelle is charming and very friendly. The welcome is perfect. The neighbors are also very charming.

Fantastic base to explore the Loire Valley, and the surrounding forests and lakes of Salbris, including the beautiful city of Orleans. The château itself is full of history, and Celine and Stefan's apartment is very tastefully and historically restored... Stefan kindly gave me a tour of the castle. There are some stunning hikes near the château and even within the grounds of the château, as well as swimming in the river and many lakes. Overall a very memorable experience...

Hello, rather a yes for this experience even if some small drawbacks (no wifi when you were there) but otherwise, easy to access, comfortable, you feel alone in the world even if the whole castle is rented which makes the experience pleasant. Small but functional. 3-4 min drive from the city center. Convenient to visit castles that abound in the area.
