Apartment holiday rentals in La Esperanza

We had a wonderful stay at the property, it was very central and had everything we needed for a weeks stay the only downfall was the car park, very tight and sometimes the neighbours would park their cars right by the exit of the garage making hard for us to get in and out! But we were warned about this factor. Other than that, we highly recommended !

Es war alles super und wie beschrieben. Wenn man die Unterkunft bucht, sollte einem klar sein, dass man sich auf 800m befindet. Es ist kühler und feuchter dort als in den unteren Ebenen der Insel. Außerdem ist es dort etwas häufiger wolkenbehangen. Allerdings hat man eine super tolle Aussicht und eine wirklich ruhige und private Lage. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich nur empfehlen

L'appartement est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan : couché de soleil tous les soirs. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, propre et bien décoré. A notre arrivée des fruits, quelques aliments et boissons pour bien débuter notre séjour Le coin Mesa Del Mar est assez isolé et tranquille, la playa de Arena est magnifique et à 5min à pied. Raquel et Johannes sont très réactifs et attentionnés, ils nous ont régulièrement demandés si tout se passait bien. Je recommande fortement

Wir kamen als Fremde und gingen als Freunde. Eva und Santi sind extrem liebenswerte Menschen, die sich rührend um uns gekümmert haben. Die Wohnung ist makellos und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Der wunderschöne Blick von der Terrasse, die optimale Lage in Santa Cruz, alles ist fußläufig oder mit dem auf kurzen Wegen erreichbarem public transport zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war die beste Wohnung, die wir bisher bei unseren Besuchen in Santa Cruz hatten. Gerne erinnern wir uns an unser gemeinsames Adobo Dinner. Ich kann die Wohnung von Eva und Santi ohne Einschränkung empfehlen.

Me encantó el lugar. Super cómodo, en una zona tranquila y bien ubicado. Todo fue tal cual se mostró en las fotos y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy amable. Me sentí muy a gusto durante la estadía, por lo q sin duda volvería!

Die Wohnung war perfekt: direkt am Strand gelegen, ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders toll fanden wir die Extras wie Schnorchel, Sonnenschirm und Kühltasche. Saúl war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich empfangen. Er hat uns nicht nur die Gegend gezeigt und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, sondern uns sogar noch etwas zu essen bereitgestellt – das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und hat unseren Start in den Urlaub noch angenehmer gemacht! Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, super Lage und insgesamt einfach eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Apartament identyczny jak na zdjęciach, przepiękny widok na ocean, czysto, wszystko co potrzebne było dostępne. Jest też waga, co ułatwia pakowanie walizek;) Bardzo blisko sklep spożywczy Dino. Dużo baz nurkowych w najbliższej okolicy, restauracja w porcie też niezła. Woda w oceanie przezroczysta i nawet sporo ryb do obserwacji:) Zdecydowanie polecamy i z dużym prawdopodobieństwem skorzystamy ponownie:) Bozena i Piotr

This was a perfect place for us. The views were amazing! A great location with a large shopping center just across the street. Noelia was quick to reply to any messages and made our self check-in really easy. Everything was clearly communicated in her messages and were sent in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to keep coming back. Thank you Miguel and Noelia for being great hosts!

All about the location and the view. You can walk right into the national park and to the beach. The porch is lovely. Apartment as described / depicted. We didn’t meet Emanuel but he was easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed our stay at Antonio’s very much. Beautiful sea view and short walk to a great selection of restaurants and bars. Would also recommend the Martianez pools down in the city center. Overall great area and would return in future.

A magical place and a holiday we’ll never forget. The finca felt like a true home, peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. We loved the beautiful sunset evenings and the heated pool was such a treat. The house was well-equipped, clean, and super comfortable. Our host was fantastic - always checked in to see if everything was okay, and anything we needed was sorted quickly. A perfect base for exploring the island. Highly recommended!

This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

Séjour très agréable dans la finca d’Ankie et Claude. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le lieu est paisible, piscine et couché de soleil au rendez-vous. Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter le nord de l’île. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésitations

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Silvio. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Für die Wohnung ist allerdings ein Auto unabdingbar, da man zu Fuß quasi nirgendwo hinkommt. Die Aussicht aus dem Whirlpool ist toll und es ist alles sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

The apartment of Miguel is very beautiful, nicely decorated, a lot of space, an extremely comfortable bed with sheets that smell heavenly, a super furnished kitchen. And of course, a very private terrace with a stunning view on the ocean, with amazing sunsets. Miguel is very kind, always ready to help. We loved our stay very much!

The place is a hidden gem. The house had everything and more! All the amenities and confort needed for a nice vacation. The house was equipped with everything for cooking, hygiene products, etc. The house felt more like home than our own house ;). The bed was confortabile. The house comes with a very nice small garden where you can have your breakfast with a nice cup of coffee (Fernanda provides also quality coffee) or watch the beautiful sunset while having dinner. Fernanda’s dogs, Patu and Inga, are very friendly and playful - don’t try to steal Patu’s ball! So far, Fernanda is an amazing host, she does extra for her guests may this be through good local recommendations or extra help when needed. My girlfriend had an intoxication the very first night and Fernanda offered us all the necessary help and even went the extra mile coming with us to the emergency point to help explaining the situation in Spanish as the nurses didn’t speak English. The stay is amazing! Thank you for all!

Totalmente recomendado. Un apartamento muy bonito y acogedor. Con una ubicación privilegiada. Con multiple opciones en los alrededores para comer, comprar y pasear. Excelente opción para los que tengan coche en su visita. Carmen es una gran anfitriona, con muy buena iniciativa y excelente comunicación. Sin duda alguna de necesitar un hospedaje en la isla volvería a considerar está opción.

Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

Very nice apartment with plenty of space and great views. Good kitchen & equipment, garage, small gym etc. The apartment complex is quiet and well kept, neighbors seem to be retired people. Helpful & friendly host, local tips, flexible check-in and out. Very good experience and recommended for people looking for a nice, quality apartment in a peaceful area!

Notre séjour c'est très bien déroulé. La villa est très équiper , tout est prévu pour nous simplifier la vie. Le cadre est magique , merci à Hilary pour toutes les attentions , les conseils , l'entretient de la maison (bravo pour le jardin c'est magnifique). J'espère avoir l'occasion de revenir chez vous.

It was a wonderful holiday. The apartment was beautifully prepared, Mrs. Ivett is a very warm and cheerful person, she showed everything and was always available in case of problems. The apartment has a beautiful view and a jacuzzi. The estate is guarded and has large swimming pools and gyms. From Palm-mar it is close to local more lively towns. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment ❤️

El alojamiento de Benedict es un excelente lugar para hospedarse. Una casa antigua restaurada que está en un lugar céntrico de la Laguna. Puedes llegar caminando facilmente a los principales lugares de restauración y ocio de la ciudad. Benedict dió información clara del alojamiento y recomendaciones de lugares de restauración y se mostró disponible por si lo necesitába.

The check in was smooth and the flat very clean Williams was extremely helpful.The view is stunning ,it is a steep walk to the apartment that we didn’t mind but could be tough for some people .I will definateley be returning 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from the start. The property itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus — perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The area is peaceful and quiet, even though it’s under a flight path; the planes didn’t bother us at all. There’s a HyperDino supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. We also ate at Lizzie’s Bistro a couple of times (about a 15-minute walk) — highly recommend it! The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and would definitely return!
