Excellent apartment with a spectacular location. Right in front of the beach, it gives you the feeling and tranquility you are looking for when you want something close to the sea. Just as careful as in the photos, without any unpleasant surprises. Ms. Fanny was very attentive and timely in responding to any concerns. I will surely return.

THE BEST air bnb i have ever stayed at in Puerta Plata! This will be my first and last choice anytime i am in the area. Amazing Ocean views from the apartment/ balcony and legitimately only a few steps from the beautiful beach. A few great dining options within walking distance (day passes from the many all inclusives nearbyalso available), walking downstage to hold course and a short ride to city center make this an unbeatable deal. Great management all around from security to front desk. Thanks to all for making this a wonderful vacation

Gorgeous place. No AC in the main living area. As long as you are aware of that and the separate bill for energy use. Can’t beat the view. Great stay.

This listing is a gem! We felt so good there! It is well arranged, well decorated, clean, the mattresses are nice and we had everything we needed to cook. The proximity to the beach is an incredible asset. We loved it!

I stayed for 10 days in this cute apartment in Puerto Plata and it was perfect . The host Wallis was amazing with communication and extremely accommodating. I will definitely be back . The place is located near all kinds of shops , hair salons and groceries , food , pharmacies . Everything is was perfect . Cold AC and clean room . Loved it

This is the second time that we have visited Ana's apt in Fortunity. An excellent place for a few days in Familia. I'm sure we'll be back

It was exactly as shown on pictures. Very clean and organized. Timothy was easy to communicate with, and has a local partner to help out with check in and check out. Fred even gave us a complete walking tour of the neighborhood with lots of recommendations and do’s and do not’s as part of our check in. The bedrooms have very cool AC. The common areas do not, but there is a constant breeze that keeps them comfortable at all times. Beautiful Beach is only a 5 min walk, and apartment is also located in the center of everything. Small grocery store on 1st floor was very convenient as well. Great place!

I must say for the first time visiting the Dominican Republic in kite Beach was not only the breathtaking views but the amenities were outstanding. The people were very helpful friendly loving and the kite school was amazing and the food was exceptional, especially the ceviche. if you are a kite surfer or love having fun in the sun and sand and beautiful jade green waters this is the place to come. can't wait for next year :)

Everything is very good, you can feel the peace that you don't find elsewhere. And as a host, he takes tips. It was a good choice.

First off, Luis and his wife are awesome hosts. They picked me up from the apartment I was leaving, and they took me to my new apartment when I left theirs. The apartment itself is like home. The beaches that this complex backs up to are beautiful. I highly recommend this apartment. I would recommend having a rental car, as this is a private and secluded, but beautiful area. If you are reading this Luis, thank you.

Everything was so nice and flexible. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. They helped me stay for a month, which was great. Great pool and bbq area. Will definitely come back when I’ll go to the Dominican Republic
