The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

The colonial PV Condo, near Romantic Zone.

David's place was a perfect place to decompress for a week. The rooftop is amazing, especially the pool. I spent every morning up there soaking up the views, literally. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed. As other reviewers have noted, it is darker, but only because I chose not to really have the blinds open, otherwise there is plenty of natural light. But when I was at the apartment, I was on the rooftop anyway! And I was exploring PV most of the day anyway. The location is great - walkable to everything. The 5 de diciembre neighborhood is quieter and more residential. You'll be essentially right at the start of the beach - and can walk to the other end of the beach in about 40 min (at about 10-15 min to the start of the malecon). All in all, this was a great place to stay (also, no hills! and yet an amazing view from the rooftop!).

This spot was amazing. The views are incredible and we never needed an uber or taxi to get around as everything was walkable. The walk up the hill is quite steep, (even for people in shape it’s a hike to/from the beach), but it’s worth it. It was a very safe area with lots of families out and about. There’s not much hot water but with the warm weather, we didn’t need it hot. We will be back!

Everything was spotless, and the setting felt like a hidden paradise. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the incredible team at Villa Lala. We loved our stay!Exactly as described. We had a 14 passenger van and was able to make it with no problem ( if you know how to drive in Mexico you can make it down the dirt road) The small neighborhood was also welcoming with a small store that made it very convenient not to go all the way to town, they have drinks, snacks and ice. We also elected to have assistance with breakfast and dinner to truly enjoy our time here. depending on the month you visit its Houston humid. We were comfortable for a few days with our air conditioner but he made it easy to have access once we wanted it. Plenty of dishes/cookware, cups cutlery, towels. This was an amazing option for our family to stay together and have quality time. We also got a great recommendation for a boat tour and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return.
