Great!!!! Martine and Richard are truly exemplary hosts! The place is really a small haven of peace, quiet, peaceful and perfectly maintained. Despite the language barrier, we were easily able to understand each other and even had the opportunity to share a little moment around a small coupette 🤗 Dark ( my 4 paws ) has clearly validated them too I would even say LOVED! Their generosity, kindness my touched, contagious positivity! All this to say that I would recommend it without a blind eye! Thank you very much friends! See u later on 🥰

We enjoyed our stay, our host provided us directions to the closest bakery, was friendly and responsive, the garden is beautiful and serene.

Quiet and peaceful location with all the necessary equipment. The apartment is tastefully renovated. A small terrace to enjoy the outdoors... given the weather I could not enjoy the pool but it will be for the next time. I will come back with great pleasure.

The gite is perfect, everything you need for an ideal stay, the swimming pool is a perfect size for a little one and also is you want to do a few lengths. The garden and barn is spectacular, the perfect space to escape from the heat and eat in a beautiful place. The hosts, Sue and Paul, are so accommodating and so very welcoming, it’s been the best stay and we did not want to go home!! We have already booked to come back, an amazing stay 👍👍👍👍

accommodation close to the ENSOA where my son was doing an internship. Many stores 5 minutes away and a good restaurant. The city of Saint Maixent is very pretty. Annie's welcome was warm and very friendly.

Impeccable accommodation for a business trip

A gem of a place ! It is not easy to find places in the region that are not exorbitantly expensive or furnished from grandma's leftovers; this hits a perfect note with a mixture of stylish antiques and comfort, everything has been thought of down to the Savon de Marseille in the bathrooms! Clearly lots of love has been poured into the house and it shows, from a well stocked larder with everyday essentials (including coffee pods for the machine) to the lovely welcome hamper. The garden at the back overlooking the old monastery is perfect and very secluded and even though it was only April I managed to eat outside each morning and evening (there are 3 other terraces too). The host is on hand easily for tips on where to eat or visit if needed. Tusson is a great village with a good places to eat including the wonderful Gateaux for amazing cakes.

He was able to welcome us warmly and put us at ease from the first moments. As for his house, it is simply magnificent. The cleanliness was impeccable, the equipment was modern and functional, and the general atmosphere of the house was both elegant and friendly. Very nice cottage , well equipped and clean, comfortable beds. The exteriors are so beautiful by the water, with this first spring sun, it was perfect! Caroline had given us all the necessary information in advance and Ludivine was present upon arrival to explain everything to us. We had a lovely stay with the family!

⭐ Exceptional! We had an absolutely perfect stay at this B&B. The welcome was warm from our arrival, the hosts are lovely, attentive and always available. The room was impeccable: clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the bed was unusually comfortable. The setting is calm, relaxing, ideal for recharging. A place that we recommend without a second thought, and where we will come back without hesitation!

The house is very nice, spacious and bright, and well-equipped, as described, in a natural and quiet environment. Everything was perfectly clean, the bed linen too. We were able to enjoy the outdoors and the barbecue, it was perfect! We will definitely come back the next time we visit this beautiful region of the Poitevin marsh.

Estelle's accommodation is quiet along a very nice river to rest even if I was there for work it allowed me to relax in the evening I recommend it to all nature lovers in addition Estelle is a very nice host. I highly recommend this accommodation if you are going to the Niort area.

Loved our stay at this place!

We came for a golf competition in NIORT that weekend, we found this house 5 minutes from the golf course in perfect condition, very well equipped, and as it was a sports weekend, we left in the morning and returned in the evening around 8:00 p.m., fortunately the excellent bedding of this accommodation allowed us to recharge the batteries optimally. It was perfect. The small outdoor area made available was perfect (although it may deserve a small BBQ or small plancha) otherwise everything was very good. The geographical location allows quick access to the city center and is 5 minutes from the access to the main roads and for the reason of our stay it was perfect.

The accommodation offered by Fanny is very nice! The hot tub allows for total relaxation! In addition, Fanny is very attentive. Having stayed in the accommodation during the hot weather, she kindly provided us with a fan.

What can I say, a few nice touches: fruit basket, milk, coffee, fruit juice, brioches... A place of beauty! Furnished with a lot of taste and a great level of equipment, we were fully satisfied or even more. We recommend this cottage, we were seven adults and the conditions were beyond our expectations. Don't change anything. Maryline, Nathalie, Chloé, Cécile, Mathis, Pascal and Henri.

A wonderful little romantic getaway. The loft has everything you need for total disconnection. A little corner of paradise decorated with great taste in a quiet and peaceful environment.
