Family-friendly holiday rentals in La Chaux-de-Fonds

Beautiful cottage, in a beautiful and very quiet location. Ingrid is very friendly, no complaints about the hospitality which is at the top.

Our stay at this wonderful place was simply memorable! The apartment is modern, stylish and sparkling clean, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday – from a well-equipped kitchen to super comfy beds. The absolute highlight was the hot tub. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality of Marlis & Erich. They were incredibly friendly, quick to respond to our questions.

Stayed two nights for work - the gite was warm, comfortable and well-equipped, adequate parking. Fast free wifi, essential in an area with poor 4G coverage!

Perfect for shutting down!! The "cabins" are all individually in the forest as a tree house or swimming on the water. The place is simple but in high quality construction. In our cabin on the lake we had a Scandinavian SPA (warm water, perfect for colder seasons) overlooking the lake - fantastic! Breakfast is brought to the cabin in a basket in the morning and serves its purpose perfectly. For showering, you go to the main building, where large modern shower cabins are waiting. We were able to complete our trip with a walk around the lake and a small boat trip (good possibility for a picnic on the water). The staff is super suited and extremely helpful!

Quiet accommodation, right in the middle of nature in a small village. The house was very clean with stairs to access. We had a very good welcome from Lionel who is very nice.

Lovely, spacious, light-filled apartment near the bus line (but be prepared for a slightly strenuous walk uphill—a good quick workout, though!). If the weather is nice, there’s a very private patio/garden area, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Nice view of the lake from the dining table. Great storage so you can unpack and move in for the stay. Be sure to visit the Laténium, just a few minutes downhill, along the shoreline of the lake.

We returned to the area as a family to celebrate our son's 18th birthday. This is a very comfortable little chalet with everything you need for a great stay. Nicole very attentive to all our needs. We'll definitely go back.

Christine's house is a real haven of peace, with a beautiful garden where the children were able to play while the adults enjoyed themselves. Close to shops (Coop, bakery) as well as trains and boats, this house was very convenient and well located. 15-20 minutes from the beach on foot (with children). The beds were of good quality and there was everything you needed for a pleasant stay. I recommend this warm and comfortable place.

The location was within walking distance of busses, the train station, restaurants, supermarkets and close to the lake. The host was always responsive and really understanding. I highly recommend it.

Very nicely located apartment, where you can relax with a fantastic view of the mountains. Even the journey to the apartment offers spectacular views. Despite being over 800 meters above sea level, the apartment is easy to reach. We took day trips to Bern and Lake Thun, and here, too, we were very satisfied with the location of the apartment. We would come back anytime!

Small mountain chalet, very welcoming and very warm, really met my expectations. Very welcoming small town. Already looking forward to returning for a vacation or a short weekend with our Jurassian friends. As for the host, just the best. Responsive, explicit, very professional, and very pleasant. Also a thank you to Nadine and her husband for coming during missing dishes and others! Beware of the chilly, the first few hours are cool but once the fire is started, everything is under control! Practice doing it🔥

It was a wonderful stay, with all the amenities we could need and very attentive to the resolution that any questions or problems we could have. We would definitely repeat!

This place is absolutely stunning extremely tasteful stylish & loving furnished with very beautiful mountains views. Yves is a super friendly very helpful responsive person he went way beyond to make my stay so comfortable & very memorable he's one of the most thoughtful host I ever meet before. I truly loved my stay I felt very comfortable, safe without of a doubt I will book this place again in my next visit to Moutier. I highly recommend this Wonderful Unique Place. Thank you Yves.

The owners of the cottage are remarkably kind. We were hosted very well and advised. The cottage is completely compliant, the large pool is a plus, although shared as specified. The land is very large and pleasant for children, not fenced (it can be important for some). We'll be back for sure!
