This unique "little house" is close to the channel and the animation associated with it: back and forth, fishing, yachting, commercial boats. Close because you have to travel 30 m to see the channel; then walk along Port Olona, towards the Vendée Globe pontoon (15 minutes). Walk along the waterfront to the Prieuré (10 minutes), the wild coast or Paracou beach, take the ferryman to go to downtown Les Sables d 'Olonne, walk 10 minutes to the cinema...

Very well equipped and with a beautiful view. At 4, goes well to sleep and enjoy the view, as it is a studio. But really there's everything in this home. Clean and convenient. And a wonderful view of the ocean, the lighthouses, the wild coast. Welcoming and friendly owner. Thank you. We recommend and will come back to the next Vendée Globe!
