Holiday rentals with a patio in La Chapelle-en-Serval

Amazing stay in Paris! So easy to get around from this location with multiple metro lines right there. Also walkable to many areas. Apartment was so clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. It also has a beautiful balcony with tons of plants and flowers. The immediate area was not the cutest, but it was very easy to get to the more scenic neighborhoods. It is worth noting that people tend to hang out on the street and the steps of the apartment late at night. They were respectful and moved out of the way to let us in, but it could be uncomfortable for some to push past people outside the door. Overall would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay in Élodie and Anthony's studio. The studio is perfectly equipped with everything we needed, everything was impeccably clean and pleasantly scented. Elodie and Anthony were very attentive, responding quickly to all our questions. In addition, the location is excellent, only 14 minutes from the Disney studios. We recommend this place without a second thought!

Small and cozy apartment, very well arranged. The terrace is an excellent place to enjoy a wine after long walks in Paris. Eduardo responds quickly and is very kind. Highly recommended!!!!

An absolutely wonderful stay at Melanies. Loads of clear communication before arriving making a late night check in very easy. The apartment itself is beautiful and located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood with a train station close by making getting into the center cheap and convenient. Also, the sofa bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. This is a 5 star find through and through. I couldn't recommend it enough.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. We came for a family party and only stayed one night. Everything was in line with our expectations. The accommodation is very bright, well arranged and very quiet. Jocelyne was very accommodating and very responsive to our change in number of travelers at the last minute. I highly recommend this listing

The location is simply perfect - ideal for visiting Disneyland: you can be there in a few minutes, or you can take the bus that stops just around the corner. The center of Paris is also easily accessible by public transport. The accommodation itself was very well maintained and comfortable. For us – four adults and one child – it was absolutely sufficient and offered everything we needed. The lovingly landscaped garden was a highlight and a wonderful retreat for relaxation after exciting days. We would come back back. This accommodation is highly recommended - for families, Disneyland visitors or Paris explorers alike. Thanks again for everything!

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb close to Disneyland Paris! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful with local tips and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The space had everything we needed for a stress-free stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy beds. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Disneyland Paris, and situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We felt safe and at home throughout our stay. Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !
