Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Ceja

Dear Airbnb team, I wanted to share with you my experience during my stay at your property from May 23 to 27. In general, everything was very clean and organized, which I really appreciate. However, there were some drawbacks that I would like to mention to improve the experience of future guests: 1. I had to contact the host to request trash bags, which could have been prevented by leaving several bags accessible for use. 2. It would be useful to have extra towels available, to facilitate the change without having to request it. 3. I noticed that the top of the bathroom sink has a problem with water stagnation, making it difficult to use, especially when organizing my makeup bag, as it gets all wet.😭 I appreciate your attention to these details and hope you can consider them to improve the experience of future guests. The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Sandra’s place is awesome ,, very safe and the whole stuff is always looking for the safety of all the guest in the building ,,, Energy building definitely is my first choice from now on ,,, place where you stay comfortably as longest that you comply with the rules and common decency of the place without being restricted, really felt like home

I rated my experience here 5 star because of the host/staff. Very commutative and accommodating. The loft well this Old Girl is getting a little long in the tooth. Everything works but it needs an update or refresh. I think that would make it more comfortable and modern.

Incredibly suitable! Elizabeth was a super friendly and proactive host. She was flexible with my check-in and very attentive during my stay. The apartment is beautiful and impeccable.

If you are interested in visiting this area, this is likely the most beautiful house around! From the landscape, to the incredible detail of the decorations and you don’t need a car to go anywhere. You can hear the river from the many terraces, and the public, paved trail is just behind the property. Highly recommend this location and the service from start to finish was impeccable.

We could not have loved Finca Colibrí more and in fact tried to extend our stay! The house is more beautiful than the photos and the property is stunning and peaceful. One of the few Air BnBs I’ve stayed in where I truly wish to return. Everything is very comfortable and the house has everything you need. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay. The floorplan is amazing as every room goes out to the terrace and has a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything you could need and there are thoughtful touches throughout the house like a Bluetooth speaker and powerful extension cords to make it easy to charge all your devices. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, friendly and responsive.

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

I and my 80 yr old group of friends stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had everything you need, great location and the neighborhood had a great vibe. It IS on the 2nd level and you have 27 stairs to get there. Also below the apt there are businesses & it is usually busy/noisy. But if you have no problem with the stairs or the noise then you abso-lutely should stay there. We chose to stay there in spite of those things & enjoyed our whole visit. Santiago is very good about communication. I would go back.

Our experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was immaculately clean, very well cared for, and with all the details you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to everything, and very easy to get around. What we want to highlight most is the friendliness and service of the host. She was attentive from the first moment, always willing to help and make us feel at home. You can tell he really cares about providing a quality experience. 100% recommended. We would definitely come back.

Lovely and clean place with great view; close to all the great restaurants and nightlife without the unwanted noise. Quick 6 minutes ride from the heart of Provenza. Lovely building with nice staff. Host was very friendly and helpful with instructions and recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay again

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Laura’s place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and we loved the thoughtful touches and the comfy bedding. Laura was also incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great local recommendations and always being available to answer our questions. We can't wait to stay here again!

Ideal location with great views. Building and area are safe with many great restaurants within the area. I would not hesitate to book again on future travels.
