PROS The apartment was impeccable, it's spacious the spectacular kitchen, also with many useful utensils the bathroom was clean, spacious, with two large, clean towels The spacious room with several bedspreads and air conditioning The garage looked safe, I don't know if it's spacious because we went by motorcycle but unless it's a very long van I think all the cars fit The host always kept in touch NOT SO PROS It wasn't our case, but if you have mobility problems, the apartment had a fairly high staircase between steps to go up to the room. The TV only had a few channels and I couldn't stream from my cell phone (maybe a Chromecast could fix this) If you arrive from the west side of the location, the streets and people (surgeons, cardboarders, fissures, etc.) looked a little murky. I would strongly recommend not walking or transiting through this area. CONCLUSION Everything was 10/10, very flexible with the check-in. GOOD EXPERIENCE

A bit of a last minute reservation but the house was incredible and the pool was very helpful during this period of hot weather. I would have liked to stay there longer.

The house is beautiful and the photos show exactly what you will encounter. The heating, which due to the cold weather it made is my stay was a concern, it is exelente. Another point where I am very critical the comfort of the mattresses and armchairs in general and they are really good. I'm not going to describe the views because the photos show them by themselves. BEAUTIFUL. They were very friendly and always willing to solve inconveniences and responding quickly, before and during the stay. The house is in an area very close to the most touristic area of the city and very close to the center too. To recommend!

The apartment is just as it looks and is described. All rooms have air conditioning/heating, with a spacious living room to share with family and/or friends. The kitchen is stocked. Federico as a host responded quickly, was flexible and was always available. It's definitely an apartment I'd go back to!

First of all, I would like to talk about Pablo, an excellent super proactive, very kind and attentive person from the first contact, something that gave us a very nice feeling before starting the trip. The apartment is very nice and cozy with all the amenities, very bright, everything is a 10. For anyone who wants to spend a few days in Paraná, it is an excellent option. There are plenty of places to eat, 24-hour supermarkets, breweries, and everything can be done on foot if you want.

Maria Veronica was an excellent host. Friendly, cordial, communicative and always ready to address any concerns. Attentive to every detail so that we feel super comfortable. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended.

Everything is a ten and more. Virginia is always attentive to all that is requested. The apartment was spotless and the location is strategic, close to a super and easy access to downtown. The area is quiet and safe. The building is a quiet.

My wife and son stayed (sporting event) With garage. Excellent single room, huge terrace. Amazing views, both sunrise and thank you. The top location, close to everything. The ventilation and lighting of the apartment, a luxury. Comfortable, with good decor. Carport with electronic gate. Everything is in perfect working order. At least? Elevator motor noise, is at the depto entrance door. He forgets that right away. 100% recommended

The stay in this apartment was really excellent. I spent 18 days there, and from the first moment it was very comfortable. Communication with the host was agile and cordial, he responded quickly to my questions. The apartment met all my expectations: it was very clean and tidy, with towels and sheets in perfect condition. The kitchen is well equipped (pot, pan, utensils, microwave and refrigerator in optimal condition) which allowed me to cook without problems during my stay. The bathroom is very spacious, with good water pressure and basic hygiene items available. The decor is modern and bright, with a cozy living-dining room where I spent several afternoons working. The Wi-Fi worked without interruptions and at a good speed, which is essential for those of us who need constant connectivity. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Paraná and looking for a comfortable and well-managed place. I would definitely come back for future visits!

Excellent hosting. Joaquin and his father welcomed us very warmly and were very kind. We felt at home. The space is modern, well equipped, clean and with a wonderful view of the city of Santa Fe. Ele apartment has all amenities, it is new, clean, with furniture and tasteful decor. A few minutes walk from the bus terminal and a few minutes from downtown by car.
