We really loved this place. As well as being in a great location with a gorgeous view, it felt so homely and comfortable and had a fabulous porch area. Lots of big and little things ticked our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay there again (if only we didn’t have to fly half way around the world to get there). Simone is a great host and is super responsive. The area around Pittulongu is full of great beaches and is close to Olbia and all it offers. Our first experience of Sardegna and staying here made it really memorable! Highly recommended!

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Sardinia. The location is perfect – right between the center of Budoni and the beautiful Salamandra beach. Just a few steps from the apartment there’s a bakery run by a lovely lady and a grocery store – incredibly convenient! The apartment itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. It’s spacious enough for a family of four, but for the two of us it was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. Marina was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she greeted us with open arms and gave us great tips on what to do in this part of the island. Communication was smooth, and both check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We’d love to come back in a few years, highly recommended 😊

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Le logement est fonctionnel et confortable, la climatisation est un plus. Nous avons trouvé un logement conforme à l’annonce, bien situé près de petites plages ravissantes. L’environnement est très calme, idéal pour se reposer. Le jumelage de la maison ne gêne en rien, Nous avons peu profité des extérieurs à cause des guêpes et des moustiques qui déplaisaient aux enfants, malgré la vue sympa. À proximité, à quelques kilomètres en voiture, des plages paradisiaques. Un différend nous a opposé à la conciergerie au départ quant à la taxe de séjour que nous avons payé sur Airbnb plutôt qu’en liquide ainsi sur les extras, nous pensions que la bouteille de vin rouge était offerte… Nous avons réglé la note, mais l’agressivité des messages (34 en une journée) nous a un peu étonnés.

Das Haus war ein Paradies für uns! Nur 5 Minuten fußläufig zum perfekten Sandstrand, ein toller Garten mit Meerblick (eingezäunt, super mit kleinen Kindern), volle Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. Alessio war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher nochmal wieder! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ángela ha sido super atenta con nosotros. Nada más llegar, nos recibió con su sobrina que sabía hablar perfectamente español, cosa que valoramos muchísimo. El apartamento es pequeño pero muy útil. Está en una zona súper tranquila y bien ubicada para poder ir a visitar numerosas playas espectaculares. Tuvimos un problema con la antena de televisión y tanto Ángela como Antonio intentaron hacer todo lo posible por solucionarlo. Hemos pasado una muy buena estancia en familia. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Es ist eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, durch die große Terrasse gewinnt man aber einen Wohnraum dazu, wo wir uns auch hauptsächlich aufgehalten haben. Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind verreist, dafür war der Platz vollkommen ausreichend. Mit vier Erwachsenen wäre es auch möglich, aber etwas beengt. Für Familien mit Kind aber super. Alessio hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr nett. Er hat Videos mit genauen Wegbeschreibungen geschickt, sodass man alles problemlos finden konnte. Es gibt nicht weit entfernt schöne Buchten, die Ortschaft ist sehr ruhig aber es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Café, wo man alles Nötige bekommt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen:-)

Die Unterkunft entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Alles sehr sauber, alles Notwendige und mehr im Haus vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat alles um die Temperaturen gut zu ertragen- Klimaanlage, aber auch Schattenplätze auf der Terrasse und im Garten. Und natürlich der nahegelegene Strand mit dem mega schönem Wasser. Restaurants und der nächste Supermarkt sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Aber ganz viele Pluspunkte bekommt aus unserer Sicht die Gastgeberin Claudia. Sie hat sich um alles was wir brauchten gekümmert. Sie hat immer schnell reagiert und ist so lieb und nett. Wir können Claudia und die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

In short, this place is a gem. The location is so great that when we went to Porto Istana for a day trip, we literally turned around and went back to our home beach without unloading. Everything we wanted was already there. The little towns nearby are wonderful and have all you need. The privacy plus beach access of this stay are lovely. You can see water from nearly all the windows in the place. All the air conditioners worked great. I loved the main bed — soft enough to be easy on the joints and firm enough to still have structure. The single beds are probably not the best for adults, but perfectly fine for my 12 year old. Everything about this stay was easy. Just take note that the bar/restaurant a few hundred yards down the beach plays music until about 10pm. You don’t hear it at all in the home, but you do on the beach during the afternoon and evening. It’s not too loud. The things highlighted as issues in past reviews are fixed. Fabio was helpful, kind, and responsive.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht und einem sehr kurzen Fusßweg zum Strand. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, auch in der Küche hat es alles, was man braucht und zudem in großer Anzahl. Die Dach-Terrasse hat einen tollen Blick und bietet viel Platz. Wir haben dort viel Zeit verbracht. Auch der Gemeinschafts-Pool ist schön angelegt und wurde von uns oft benutzt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der kleine Balkon mit Meerblick war herrlich. Die Lage ist toll, man ist schnell in der Stadt und mit einem Mietwagen kann man problemlos die wunderschönen Strände in der Gegend erkunden. Daniela hat uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben, u.a. wo man gut Essegehen kann. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist unserer Meinung super. Man kann natürlich hier keine Luxusunterkunft erwarten.

Alessio war beim Check-In und Check-Out sehr flexibel. Er hat uns alles im Haus erklärt und zusätzliche Infos per Mail geschickt. Er war super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Küche im Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar Gewürze, Öl, Wasser, Wein, Kekse, Kaffee … ein schönes Willkommenspaket. Die Räume sind groß und auf der Terrasse konnten wir jeden Morgen frühstücken. Wir bekamen Handtücher und Strandhandtücher für jeden Gast. Der Strand ist in nur 3 Minuten zu erreichen und sehr schön. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Budoni, es dauert nur ca 10 Minuten. Man benötigt dringend ein Auto. Das Haus ist sehr gut an die Schnellstraße angebunden und liegt sehr praktisch um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge unternommen. Leider gab es viele Mücken. Es gibt keine Mückengitter aber jedes Bett hat ein Moskitonetz, dass einen nachts schützt. In den beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es Klimaanlagen, aber Lüften war ohne Gitter an den Fenstern nicht möglich. Wir hatten wunderbare 4 Tage!!
