Here you will immediately feel comfortable and at home! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m tall, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's a high-level complaint. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. We really loved this place. As well as being in a great location with a gorgeous view, it felt so homely and comfortable and had a fabulous porch area. Lots of big and little things ticked our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay there again (if only we didn’t have to fly half way around the world to get there). Simone is a great host and is super responsive. The area around Pittulongu is full of great beaches and is close to Olbia and all it offers. Our first experience of Sardegna and staying here made it really memorable! Highly recommended!

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Angela has been super attentive to us. As soon as we arrived, he greeted us with his niece who could speak Spanish perfectly, which we appreciated very much. The apartment is small but very useful. It is in a super quiet area and well located to be able to visit many spectacular beaches. We had a problem with the television antenna and both Angela and Antonio tried to do everything possible to solve it. We had a very good family stay. We would definitely recommend it.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

The accommodation was absolutely in line with our expectations. Everything is very clean, everything necessary and more in the house. The apartment has everything to bear the temperatures well - air conditioning, but also shade places on the terrace and in the garden. And of course the nearby beach with the mega beautiful water. Restaurants and the nearest supermarket are a few minutes' walk away. But from our point of view, the host Claudia gets a lot of plus points. She took care of everything we needed. She was always very responsive and so sweet and kind. We highly recommend Claudia and the place.

A wonderful stay at Alessio’s house for our family of four. Alessio was very responsive, replying on what’s app to any query within a few minutes. The house was small but had everything we could need to cook and enjoy our week away. We were very pleased to borrow parasol and sun loungers to explore the absolutely amazing beaches within a 5 min drive of the property (there is also a lovely beach 5-10 min walk away). We did a few day trips but really the best beaches are the local ones! We would also highly recommend La Taverna Degli Artisti by Cintra Beach, best meal by far, on site parking and small playground by outside tables. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here!

Francesca was very friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations. The stunning view from the large balcony spaces and easy access to the beach make this a fantastic location. Accommodation is also close to great restaurants and works well as a base from which to explore Sardinia.

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and made everything lightning fast! Although the pool won't be filled until early April, Paola made sure we had it available as early as March. The beach and the pine forest in front are very nice! Thanks for the lovely holiday! :-)

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Perfect location! The almost private beach just across the street, the local beaches a walking distance away.

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

We absolutely loved staying at Elena’s condo! Exactly as described and was super clean! We needed some recommendations and Elena always responded with extremely helpful advice. The area is very slow and quiet which we loved. Within walking distance of all Porto Rotondo has to offer!!

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has a top location with a great view and a very short walk to the beach. The apartment is very well equipped, even in the kitchen it has everything you need and also in large numbers. The roof terrace has a great view and offers plenty of space. We spent a lot of time there. The community pool is also beautifully landscaped and was often used by us.

We were very pleased. The place was as described and as shown on the pictures. The small balcony with sea view was wonderful. The location is great, you can quickly get to the city and with a rental car you can easily explore the beautiful beaches in the area. Daniela gave us many useful tips, including where to eat well. We think the price/performance ratio is great. Of course, you can't expect luxury accommodation here.
