A place in the countryside, just beautiful!! Everything is great! The studio is cozy, very well arranged with an incredible view! The wellness area is just great!!! Relaxation and rest guaranteed!! Chantal is such a sweet, approachable and caring person... I already want to go back! I recommend it 100% +++++++++

Exceptional view and cottage, we can't wait to go back

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

A warm welcome, impeccable accommodation and a breathtaking view of Lake Aiguebelette, everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. Our favorite? The jacuzzi in a Mini Cooper with a view of the sunset... an unusual and magical experience! A unique, peaceful and incredibly well thought-out place. We will recommend without hesitation and we will come back with great pleasure! PS: If you are a fan of charcuterie and cheese boards, do not hesitate to ask for it as an option, it is excellent and very generous! Mickaël & Laura.

Marine welcomed us with a big smile. She answered all our questions about things to see or do in the area. Nice surprise when we entered the apartment, it was cool, the advantage of old stone houses. The interior is cozy and very lovely. We quickly felt good. The basket of syrups and the bottle of wine made us very happy. Couldn't heat up the Finnish bath, it was so hot in the sun, but it was very good, it refreshed us. Thank you very much, Marine. See you later.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and offered a truly stunning view — perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The fenced property was a huge plus for us, as it made it easy to bring our dog along without any worries. We really appreciated the privacy and peaceful atmosphere. Although the house is located directly on the road, it didn’t bother us at all. There isn’t much to do in the immediate area, but if you’re looking for rest and relaxation, this is the perfect spot.

A beautiful stay! Restful and very quiet. The hot tub and pool are really a plus. The house is cool, the American fridge is a plus too. Parking space and no opposite outside.

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

We had a great stay in Annecy at Les Eaux Vives. Everything was communicated very clearly and in advance of check in and check out, even sending reminders, which was great and worry-free. The agency which handles the booking for the host was very responsive at all times. The place was lovely, well equipped and clean. The kids loved the "nook" beds upstairs and everyone had a great stay. The surroundings and the view were stunning! We met the host on a couple of occasions, very nice and welcoming. Would book again.

We spent this short stay in a true haven of peace. Everything is done to relax and enjoy the place perched in the heights of Lake Annecy. Bernard and Ta are exceptionally kind and welcoming.... We hope to be able to return soon.

This place is as described, unfortunately weather was not kind to us but we still used the outdoor kitchen for bbqs. Perfect space and everywhere we wanted to visit was convenient straight onto fast roads. Perfect thank you Ivan

Great house in secluded area of the campsite, very near dog friendly beach and all the sights of the lake. Turid was very responsive to the queries we had. Recommend.

The accommodation offered by Charly is absolutely amazing, very atypical, in a green setting. We really enjoyed the Nordic bath, as well as the garden leek fondue and breakfast. We will not fail to return in the winter. Best regards, Caroline and Nicolas.

Exceptional location with a nice lake view and absolute quiet. The accommodation is very charming, spacious and well thought out, our cats loved being able to climb up high and observe nature through the large windows (yes pets are allowed!). Note that there was no air conditioning while it was mentioned on the listing, it seems that it is only installed for the two months of summer, but there are enough openings to be able to ventilate properly when it is cooler.

Our family Christmas in Gruffy was simply amazing in this beautiful dream home 20min from Annecy. Comfortably slept the group of 8, and was so nicely setup with loads of amenities. The gym, spa and sauna were a real bonus Nicolas was an exceptional host, giving us loads of recommendations before our arrival, and left the house setup magically for Xmas. He even arranged for it to snow heavily for us on the night we arrived, so our kids experienced their first white Christmas! Nicolas even drove 5 hrs through the night to help us with a minor technical issue that could have waited, but he insisted on getting to us ASAP to help. Legend.

We L-O-V-E-D this place 🥰 Soothing stay in a beautiful setting. The chalet is well-equipped, Duncan is super available if needed. We'll keep the address for next time, that's for sure!
