Casa pulitissima, nuova, bellissima e a due passi dalla spiaggia. Dotata di tutti i comfort e anche di più. Angeliki, la moglie di Makis, gentilissima, sempre sorridente e super accogliente, ci ha fatto trovare come a casa, accogliendoci e fornendoci tutto il necessario e anche di più (persino lo shampoo e il bagnoschiuma nel bagno). Comodissima veranda con amaca dove il relax la fa da padrone. Se volete rilassarvi lontano dal caos lo consiglio vivamente!

Ηταν ολα τελεια, πολυ ομορφο σπιτι πανω στη θαλασσα, νοιωσαμε σας στο σπιτι μας. Οπως ειπα και στην Κα Βουλα θα θελαμε να εχει κλιματιστικο και στο σαλονι εκτος απο τα 2 υπνοδωματια, αλλα κατα τ’αλλα δεν εχουμε κανενα αρνητικο σχολιο. Ευχαριστουμε για ολα

The property was actually better than expected, with a spacious lounge and an outside seating area with stunning views of the bay below and the surrounding hillsides. Marina, the host, was very attentive and friendly. Approach rod can be a bit tricky, but that is the case with most access roads on Kythnos.

We had a great time during our stay at Aimilia’s studio! The view from the terrace is amazing and very peaceful! The studio was very clean and matched the fotos, restaurants, supermarket and beach are in walkable distance!!! We had a great communication with Aimilia and the check-in process was easy! Also the people of Kanala are very friendly and lovely!!! Definitely we will visit again!

This is our second time here. We LOVE this place. Perfect place in a perfect spot. Flampouria really is the best… solitary swims before 10am are such a rare thing. The sunsets are wonderful too. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to rest and recharge by the sea. I also want to mention our wonderful hosts who have been so warm and kind to us on both occasions! Thank you for sharing this perfect spot. :)

Πολύ ευγενικός, φιλικός και εξαιρετικά πρόθυμος ο Αντωνης. Καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος ο χώρος . Μάλιστα , οι φωτογραφίες τον αδικούν . Η τοποθεσία σχετικά καλή , η Δρυοπίδα δεν ήταν προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια ωστόσο. Η είσοδος στον χώρο σχετικά δύσκολη λόγω του ότι ήταν σε στροφή στον δρόμο και το βράδυ δεν είχε έστω φως για να διευκολύνει τον εντοπισμό της οικίας και της εισόδου. Υπήρχε ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα . Εαν και όταν διαμορφωθεί ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος θα είναι ιδανικο κατάλυμμα για την διαμονή κάποιου στην πανέμορφη Κύθνο! Σημειώνω ότι είχαμε μαζί μας και το σκυλάκι μας.

Ideal place for peaceful vacations, excellent communication with Margarita, she was always responsive and kind. The road was enough rough to get there but the place was something else! The house was fully equipped and only few steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

Excellent séjour passé au sein de cette magnifique maison nichée dans les collines, au calme, avec une vue magnifique. Seul point "négatif": la climatisation déjà évoquée dans précédents avis mais pas insurmontable non plus! 😉 Un tout grand merci à Polina pour sa réactivité ainsi qu'à la gentillesse de ses adorables parents, Vassylis et Mary😊. Je recommande le lieu sans hésiter!

Wonderful stay as a family of four in Serifos, Great retreat, and had a dreamy week. YOU WILL NEED A VEHICLE IF TOU WANT TO GET ABOUT REGULARLY! Knowing this we booked a car and came and went happily and regularly. Good when it’s windy, lovely when the wind settles, all in all a cracking stay

Spent 3 nights at this amazing property. Property was very chill with beautiful views. Antonis was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed including ordering a cake for a birthday dinner at the house. We really loved sifnos and this property and would love to come back!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in einem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist sehr privat gelegen ein weiteres Haus befindet sich darüber im Hang– dieses war aber zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt nicht belegt. Wir sind mit sechs Personen gereist und hatten insgesamt vier Doppelzimmer und drei Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Eines davon liegt im Erdgeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss ist die Raumaufteilung extrem großzügig mit einer sehr gut ausgestattete und funktionalen Küche. Das Haus hat eine herrliche Terrasse, einen wunderbaren Garten und einen herrlichen Swimmingpool. Der war angenehmen frisch, aber nicht zu kalt. Alles macht einen sehr gepflegten und Blitz sauberen Eindruck. Mit der Vermieterin waren wir im ständigen Kontakt und sie hat immer binnen von Minuten auf jegliche Fragestellung sehr hilfreich reagiert. In der Nähe gibt es herrliche Strände und auf der Insel auch gute Restaurants zu entdecken. Auch hier waren die Tipps wirklich wertvoll. Einen Leihwagen benötigt man idealerweise. Kurzum wirklich top!

One of the most beautiful places we have stayed in the world - both villa and location. Taki was an incredible host, he met us at the villa and communication was great. We needed a break after a busy few working weeks in London and this was the perfect holiday to unwind and get some time out of the hustle and bustle. The island is still unspoilt by tourists but also has a very touristy feel with the choice of restaurants and cafes. Highly highly recommend this place. Will be back :)

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

What an amazing traditional house! We loved staying here for 7 nights, no car and everything we needed was to hand and Georges and Bernard were brilliant, even picking us up and dropping us off for the ferry. The beach at Galissas is just a ten minute walk away and a safe, sandy cove with tabernas dotted around it to watch sunsets every evening. Savaas was the stand out eatery for us, delicious food, entertaining cats and also enjoyed drinks at the self service place. Back at the house, the plunge pool was so relaxing, enjoyed the kitsch art and watching lizards, listening to the local animals and being away from it all. Magnifique!!!

We had the most amazing stay at the villa, it was beautiful, private, clean, and just the perfect place for a getaway. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and more… including BIDETS! Aegli went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Thank you so much, Aegli. Would give this place 10/5 stars if we could. We will definitely be back!!

Καταπληκτική φιλοξενία! Ο κ.Ηλιας πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Το σπίτι παραδοσιακό, καθαρό με ολες τις ανεσεις σε ήσυχο σημείο στη χώρα μόλις 5λεπτα περπάτημα από το κέντρο.

The house is so beautiful, in a peaceful setting with the best view! Very spacious, clean, and wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The beach below is walkable and excellent. Kythnos is not a very large island, so with a car/motorbike, this location is perfect to see everything around the island. Christos is an excellent and very responsive host, made us feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here, we absolutely loved it and would love to come again!

Ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο σπίτι, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, ιδανικό για 4 άτομα με όλες τις απαιτούμενες παροχές, σε βολική τοποθεσία στο χωριό της Δρυοπίδας προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια, δίπλα σε σούπερ μάρκετ και φούρνο. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans la maison de Spyros. Son emplacement est idéal. La maison est fonctionnelle, propre, confortable et décorée avec goût. Les enfants ont profité du jardin tout en sécurité. Le cadre est magnifique avec un accès immédiat sur la plage. Spyros est un hôte très réactif et arrangeant. Il y a également une taverne à côté du logement avec une très bonne cuisine simple et familiale.

Η Αντωνία και η Μαρία ηταν εξαιρετικές οικοδέσποινες.Μας έδωσαν πληροφορίες για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, φαγητό,παραλίες,διασκέδαση.Το σπίτι ήταν σε εξαιρετικό σημείο, καθαρό, πολύ ανετο για τα 7 άτομα που ήμασταν κ με υπέροχη μεγάλη βεράντα.Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ δροσερά και δεν νιώσαμε ποτέ την έλλειψη κλιματισμού γιατί υπήρχαν οι ανεμιστήρες οροφής.Τις ευχαριστούμε πολύ επίσης που δέχτηκαν κ τα δύο σκυλιά μας!!!Το προτεινουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφθούμε.

What a gem! Nice harbor views, convenient to the ferry and restaurants. Just enough room to spread out and settle in for a longer stay; washing machine was handy! Nice porch to watch the sunset over the water. Mike was an amazing host! Very quick to respond and took great care of us.
