Beachfront holiday rentals in Kythnos

Very good stay in this very nice place, quiet, peaceful, on Liparo beach, very little traffic. House suitably equipped, pleasant to live in, with a beautiful sea view. Small downside: the track is a little difficult to access (SUV recommended). Nice and discreet host. In short, a memorable stay, recommended!

The location of the house is stunning right by a beach and very nice private garden area to hang out in.

We had a great time during our stay at Aimilia’s studio! The view from the terrace is amazing and very peaceful! The studio was very clean and matched the fotos, restaurants, supermarket and beach are in walkable distance!!! We had a great communication with Aimilia and the check-in process was easy! Also the people of Kanala are very friendly and lovely!!! Definitely we will visit again!

Very tasteful space with amenities and natural coolness. Fantastic views and sunset. Fotini has fully equipped the space and with breakfast amenities.

We spent three nights at Fiona's and had a great time! The house is tastefully furnished, with many objects, many by the artist who created them! It is also very well equipped, has a beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast or an aperitif while watching the sunset and an outdoor space equipped with sunbeds, rocking chair and coffee table. A relaxing place to enjoy the blue sky, the blue sea by day and the stars by night. But above all, there's Mimì❤️. First of all, she speaks perfect Italian. She's nice, kind and helpful, like her husband. She gave us tips on beaches, restaurants and things to do. We had a great time and would have liked to stay longer. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time!

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

Panos, Oksana's husband welcomed us and was available for questions or others throughout. The complex is in Pasha Bay, not far from the centrality of Lavrio and a short walk to the beach. A car allows you to visit the area, go to the taberns and make the most beautiful beaches in the area, bikes could also do the trick but the main road does not allow you to drive with children. The pool is open from 10 to 13h and from 17h30 to 20h which is quite common in Greece (the world stops during nap time, but it may be that some neighbors fans of gardening do not stop). The house matches the photos and description very well, nothing is missing and everything works. The terrace enjoys the scent of flowers and the view from the Aegean. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sifnos and our time spent at the apartment. We were sad the pool wasn’t ready but Georgia more than made up for that by making us absolutely delicious breakfasts from the 7 Seas kitchen ! The views were stunning and the Ocean access was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was absolutely perfect! The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a week-long stay (or longer), and situated very close to shops in Lavrio for groceries. Waking up everyday to the beautiful sunrise over the sea with mountains in view was amazing. We were able to very comfortably fit our whole family here without any issues and there was still more space we could have used for additional people if needed. We definitely plan to come back here for more family vacations.

An incredibly private location with stunning surroundings. Everything at Melisses is thought through, every little touch has a reason and a place. And the breakfasts are phenomenal!

Communication between the manager and us was impeccable happy to order taxis and direct us to the shops, we were un fortunate to have gale force winds during our last two days but Rania ensured we were safe and happy. The approach to the villa is a little scary at first but once you get used to the steep decent your good to go, I would advise two smaller cars as apposed to a large people carrier which we had as turning can be tight for the larger cars,

A clean, comfortable, well laid out apartment that's just a hop, skip and jump from the quiet, relaxing beach. From the front porch, you get a clear view of the sea and mesmeric horizon. There was wi-fi, but it was a little temperamental. Our mobile phone signal was strong so it was a minor inconvenience. Also, the shower doesn't run hot, but with the temperatures we experienced a cool shower is what was mostly needed anyway. We stayed for 7 nights and could have doubled that time, happily. We had a very good time at Stamatis' house. Everything worked wonderfully from the start. Stamatis immediately took care of every request and every concern of ours. The house itself was beautifully decorated and above all we liked the location very much. We felt at home and enjoyed every minute. The island of Kythnos also impressed us very much and if we come back, then only to Stamatis.

Very nice place, the view of the west side of the island is very pretty, you can see a beautiful sunset from the terrace which is very big ! The room itself is nice, the only thing missing for us would be a place to cook but otherwise it was very nice. You probably should have a car to access the place thought. Jakob was very quick to respond to our messages and he gave very good recommendations ! Overall we had a nice stay at his place !

They were really helpful and responsive to our messages. The apartment looks like in the pictures and the beach is closer than expected. We had a great time there.

We had a great time. We really enjoyed the outdoor area, which has an absolutely exceptional view. The jacuzzi and the amenities really allow you to enjoy the place, which is magical! In the morning we did our yoga in front of this incredible landscape and we enjoyed the beach right next door, which is very easily accessible on foot. It is important to know that the accommodation is adjoining the owners' home, which may bother you in terms of privacy, but the whole family is lovely and charming. The rooms are a little small, but we slept well. I would recommend this place!

One of our best experiences. The location of the house is amazing , the beach is splendid , the owners charming, thoughtful and extremely discreet . We will come back for sure .

The location is remote but has good facilities nearby, a fantastic restaurant (Arias) about 100m away serving the best seafood I’ve had outside of the UK! Not a large restaurant and has a very exclusive feel to it Equally a nice walk around the other bay, we found a few restaurants and taverna’s - our favourite was Sofrano’s The room isn’t big, but it’s well equipped and comfortable for the 4 night stay we had, and Nikos was very helpful for the few questions we had. Aircon works perfectly and much needed respite from the 35+ heat. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and is also shaded so easy to get a break from direct sunlight Comfortable bed and nice sheets Lovely neighbours in the main house (I assume this is Nikos’ family), Poppy treated us to a salad lunch one day unexpectedly, including fish caught from the bay at the bottom of the steps! Delicious - thank you! Cannot wait to return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended Would definitely stay again
