Holiday rentals with a patio in Kythnos

Loutra is an excellent location to stay In Kythnos. Quite area walkable to the restaurants and bakery's ! the place is not very big but it was very clear with lots of amenities provided in the kitchen and etc. we had an issue with the place but Demetrios solved it as soon as he could! the place is highly recommended!

Le logement de Marios est incroyable ! C’est un havre de paix situé au plus haut point de l’île de Kythnos. La vue est à couper le souffle et le logement est très pratique pour séjourner quelques jours. Le logement est bien équipé et il ne manque rien. Il y a un supermarché juste à côté du logement ce qui est très pratique si vous souhaitez cuisiner. Nous reviendrons un jour nous en sommes convaincues… Marios et sa femme sont très attentionnés et adorables. Je recommande ce logement si vous souhaitez avoir l’une des plus belles vues de l’île.

Πολύ ωραίος χώρος. Εύκολη προσβαση. Πολυ ευγενικοι οι ιδιοκτήτες!Θα ξαναμέναμε σίγουρα!!

Ηταν ολα αψογα. Η τοποθεσια πολυ καλη διπλα στο λιμανι, οποτε μπορουσαμε να παμε στο κεντρο του Μεριχα (στα μαγαζια) με τα ποδια. Ακριβως απεναντι απο τα δωματια εχει και μεγαλο χωρο για παρκινγκ! Το δωματιο ανετο, πολυ καθαρο και δροσερο! Η Κατερινα ηταν φοβερη, μας ειχε ετοιμο το δωματιο πριν το τσεκ ιν ωστε να μπορεσουμε να βολευτουμε αμεσως κατα την αφιξη μας στο νησι! Επισης ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε μας βοηθησε αμεσως και ηταν εκει! Πολυ εξυπηρετικη, χαμογελαστη, ευγενικη και με διαθεση να εξυπηρετησει!

Very nice place, the view of the west side of the island is very pretty, you can see a beautiful sunset from the terrace which is very big ! The room itself is nice, the only thing missing for us would be a place to cook but otherwise it was very nice. You probably should have a car to access the place thought. Jakob was very quick to respond to our messages and he gave very good recommendations ! Overall we had a nice stay at his place !

Άνετος και πεντακάθαρος χώρος στο λιμάνι της Κύθνου. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα!

Η Κων/να ήταν μία εξαιρετική οικοδεσπίνα, χωρίς να την δούμε έκανε αισθητή την παρουσία της τοποθετώντας την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια σεβόμενη τις ανάγκες κάθε επισκέπτη. Το σπίτι ήταν σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία, πεντακάθαρο, με τοπικές μαρμελάδες, μπισκότα και χυμούς για καλωςόρισμα. Πάντα διαθέσιμη για τις ερωτήσεις μας και όποια πληροφορία χρειαζόμασταν. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε

The property was actually better than expected, with a spacious lounge and an outside seating area with stunning views of the bay below and the surrounding hillsides. Marina, the host, was very attentive and friendly. Approach rod can be a bit tricky, but that is the case with most access roads on Kythnos.

bellissima casetta a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, pulita e fornita di tutto l'essenziale. abbiamo passato giorni di completo relax a Kalo Livadi!

Nice villa at an amazing location with fabulous views - we loved our sunset drinks at the front. Can comfortably sleep a family with three children. A few details could be improved, but overall a great place. Very friendly host and easy communication.

Psathi is even more beautiful than the photos! Lovely made, this traditional house has all that you need and is very comfortable. Antigone is very sweet and friendly! The location is amazing, 4 minutes walk from the restaurants and cafes, and at the same time remains peaceful. We will for sure visit again! Kythnos is a beautiful island! Thank you!

Πολύ ευγενικός, φιλικός και εξαιρετικά πρόθυμος ο Αντωνης. Καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος ο χώρος . Μάλιστα , οι φωτογραφίες τον αδικούν . Η τοποθεσία σχετικά καλή , η Δρυοπίδα δεν ήταν προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια ωστόσο. Η είσοδος στον χώρο σχετικά δύσκολη λόγω του ότι ήταν σε στροφή στον δρόμο και το βράδυ δεν είχε έστω φως για να διευκολύνει τον εντοπισμό της οικίας και της εισόδου. Υπήρχε ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα . Εαν και όταν διαμορφωθεί ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος θα είναι ιδανικο κατάλυμμα για την διαμονή κάποιου στην πανέμορφη Κύθνο! Σημειώνω ότι είχαμε μαζί μας και το σκυλάκι μας.

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες! Είναι φτιαγμένο με λεπτομέρεια και προσοχή. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολυ καλή, κοντά στα μαγαζιά της Καναλας. Η διαμονή μας εκεί ήταν η καλύτερη δυνατή και ο Κυριάκος ως οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικός, απαντούσε αμέσως στα μηνύματά μας.

Beautiful recently remodeled and well appointed apartment. Convient to restaurants and bars, 5 minute walk to the beach. Great view of the town and the sea from the deck. The yard was full of olive trees. Nikos was proactive and communicated well. Great value, we would definitely stay again.

Mikael's place was wonderful, spotless and well equipped. Everything was as described. The kids loved the pool and the big garden. We were very well taken care of and we highly recommend others to stay here while visiting the Thymári area. Thanks again Mikael for having us 😊

We had a great stay at Nikos apartment, I loved everything about it from the pristine, white spacious interior, to the quality sheets and towels and most importantly the aircon in every room which is a must in August. Nikos was a great host and was there immediately to answer any questions. Would recommend others to stay at Nikos’ place

On était un peu fatigué à l’arrivée d’ailleurs retard de vol et perte de temps inutile avec Sixt pour la location de la voiture. On ne peut rien reprocher à notre très sympathique hôte pour le prix du logement. Quelques fruits et un minimum de café sur place nous auraient plus mais les commerces ne sont pas loin en voiture. On a été très heureux de nous reposer la nuit chez elle qui est proche de l’aéroport avant notre périple de 3 semaines en Grèce en voiture. Merci Demi, vous avez été à la hauteur de nos espérances. It was remote, but a real gem! Leto was able to get us into the house at the last minute as we had plans that canceled. The view was outstanding. We did not have a car, but a kind taxi driver got us there and offered to come get us at the end of the trip. Transportation is a must if you are going to be there a few days.
