Das Haus ist einfach einmalig. Die Aussicht auf den See ist atemberaubend und es ist toll, dass man direkt im Wald ist. Unglaublich schön. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Kari ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat sogar kurzfristig noch eine Kinderschwimmweste für unsere Tochter organisiert. Vielen Dank! Der Whirlpool und die Saune sind top in Schuss und die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles in Allem war es ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub für uns und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

I have stayed at Vesa’s place several times and it has always been a great pleasure. Thank you for hosting me.

We had a wonderful one night stay at Veronica’s place. We loved the sauna and the atmosphere in the cottage in candle and moonlight, sitting by the fire. The cottage is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. There are other cottages nearby but it felt private and the view of the sea is beautiful. The grounds are rather difficult to get around and of course you have to be prepared for the lack of electricity or running water - but we knew that in advance. Water and firewood were well stocked, which was great. We would love to come back sometime!

Book it! This place is incredible! From the responsiveness of Tina, through to the absolute serenity and beauty of the surrounding area plus the stylish, no expense-spared, very new and modern cabin itself. We (family of 4, including 2 in mid-late teens) had a wonderful time, relaxing in nature, walking on a frozen lake, cooking on the grill and in the very well-stocked kitchen. You definitely need a car to get there, but once there can forget everything and properly relax. We’d certainly come back. It’d be fascinating to experience in summer as well as winter.

Very nice Airbnb. Right on the sea. Very modern contemporary. Great for all of us. We had 7 adults and one young child. We did have some difficulty using the smart pad but the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Jo kolmatta kertaa niin rentouttava viikko. Merja on mahtava vuokraaja, aina ystävällinen, vastaa viesteihin todella nopeasti ja pitää mökin niin siistinä ja puhtaana, ettei varmasti missään muualla. Lämpimästi suosittelen ja odotan, että vuoden päästä pääsen taas!

Villa Annassa oli mukavaa ja rauhallista olla. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi majoituksesta. isäntäväki oli ystävällinen ja vierailusta jäi hyvä fiilis. Suosittelen majoitusta muillekkin.

Majoituttiin jo toisen kerran tässä Maisan kohteessa. Kaikki sujuu Maisan kanssa loistavasti ja asunto on loistavalla paikalla. Koiran kanssa helppo majoittua tässä kohteessa ja kätevää lähteä lenkille kun asunto ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Asunto muutenkin siisti ja viihtyisä. Sapokka tarjosi parastaan kukkivilla alppiruusuilla ja atsaleoilla. Tullaan kyllä Kotka-visiiteillä vastakin tähän kohteeseen.

An unmissable experience for those who love Alvar Aalto. In addition to the architectural design and furniture, the furnishings are also by Alvar Aalto. In the apartment you can also find copies of the drawings and plans and other information about Sunila. Thanks Leena!

Nice, quite, wonderful apartment. Perfect for visiting all the surroundings of Sunila factory. Anne has all the apartment full of details from 1938, year of construction of the terraced houses, including books on Aalto with lots of information on the site. Besides useful recommendations about the surroundings (beautiful beach) and places to lunch, Anne made some arrangements to grant me acces to Kantola, the former factory director's house. Moreover, is nice to see the care Sunila's neighbours take on Aalto's heritage. They even have a biennale of art and design!

Esa was a very responsive host and easy to communicate with. This was the 2nd time I stayed at the apartment. The apartment was quiet, clean, and within walking distance of a food store and homegoods/hardware store. It is also located near very nice hiking trails and bike paths from which you can get to Kouvola city center quite easily along with the surrounding villages. It was also a easy walk to the Tykkimäen Sauna and Beach. The entire stay was quite comfortable.

Exactly what I was looking for a short visit to Kotka. Big plus for the breakfast ingredients 👍

Erinomainen, hyvinhoidettu kohde. 180-senttinen sänky oli luksusta - jopa selkävaivainen sai nukuttua hyvät yöunet. Yhteydenpito välitöntä ja vaivatonta.

We had a very nice stay. Everything is very close by and very easy to reach by walking. The Host was very nice. We would like to come back. :)

Majoituin jo toistamiseen Franciscan luona Kotkassa. Asunto on puhdas ja sisältää kaiken kuvauksessa luvatun. Erityiskiitos kätevästä sisäänkirjautumistavasta. Franciscalta saa erittäin yksityiskohtaiset ja kattavat ohjeet sujuvaan majoittumiseen alusta loppuun saakka. Taloyhtiö vaikuttaa rauhalliselta, mitään meteliä en ole kuullut viikonloppuisinkaan. Sijainti erinomainen torin laidalla, kiven heiton päässä kaupoilta ja paikallisliikenteen linja-autopysäkeiltä. Voisin ehdottomasti majoittua täällä jatkossakin!

Another great stay at Victoria’s place. Great apartment, ideally located. Very quiet area yet close enough to walk into town. Lovely sauna, nice balcony for relaxing on. Great communication from Host and especially helpful when checking in. Look forward to returning.

Vietimme viikonlopun Kotkassa ja tämä kohde toimi majapaikkanamme. Kaikki toimi loistavasti eikä mitään puuttunut asunnosta! Sopiva kahdelle hengelle tai kahdelle pariskunnalle.

Asunto oli kodikas, siisti ja kivalla sijainnilla. Anna-Marin kanssa oli helppo viestitellä ja sopia asioista.

Tainan asunto oli kaunis ja käytännöllinen. Siellä oli paljon tilaa ja kaikki mitä 2 aikuisen ja 2 teinin perheenä tarvitsimme muutaman päivän majoitukseen. Vuoteet olivat hyvät ja nukuimme erinomaisesti. Taina oli hyvin ystävällinen ja viestintä sujui helposti ja nopeasti. Ikkunoista avautui kauniit näkymät. Tulemme uudestaankin!
