Kitchen and toilet renovated in 2020. An outdoor sauna with trees on the beach, where you can carry a lake or identify. In the sauna v 2023 renovated Harvian heater. There is no indoor shower in the cabin. Kouvola, Tykkimäki and Mielakka Ski Resort are only 20-25 minutes, and less than 2 hours drive from the metropolitan area.

In the wood sauna, you get great steam, sauna water from your own spring-based well, and sleeping in complete silence makes you feel relaxed. A good wifi connection makes your remote work easy. The cottage has a composting outdoor showc and drinking water is brought, there is no drain on the side of the cottage, but the sauna has a floor drain. There's a clean toilet in the yard, a small log fence with a double bed for two extra people to spread out, a fireplace for a barbecue, a lean-to, and a treehouse. you'll have access to a big Yard pond where you can cool down after the sauna. Enjoy yourself in nature by the lake. Warm up the sauna, relax in the steam looking at the lake views, and occasionally take a swim in the clean lake water. Repovesi National Park is located a mile away. So connecting the cottage to camping is great. In addition to the cottage, there is a barbecue room where you can also stay. A pier and rowing boat can also be found on the beach. The place is unique: a peaceful own peninsula and traditional Finnish crafts in the cottage.

Vuoritasku - Hill Pocket Eco Forest cottage

Four of our friends looked for a quiet getaway from the city for a few nights. Truly grateful that we found Hill Pocket. The hut sits in an enchanted mossy forest at the edge of an impressive cliff. Thanks to the cliff, the view from the patio and the sauna is amazing. We visited in September, so we had the privilege to sit at the patio watching and listening to flocks of cranes migrating to the south. The hut is cozy and spacious and the sauna deserves a medal. We found plenty of tasteful, artsy touches in and around the hut, it was great fun to explore the surroundings. All in all, a unique experience. Not every day that you stumble upon such a cool hut for rent.

Lovely cottage complex! Clean, beautiful, and functional. Comprehensive equipment and especially nice that 1-3 years of children were found so well equipped and things to do, including a litter box with toys, puzzles, and toys. Enviably stunning wooden sauna! The host was friendly and very reachable.

The place was lovely. The cottage was really neat and compact. Tasty steam in the sauna and the water is wonderfully clean and clear, the sandy bottom is plush. Communicating with the renter is quick and clear, wonderfully helpful too. Definitely again!

Beach Kari's cottage is in a great location by the sea, on a beautiful island. Karhula and Kotka services a short drive away. Neighbors are close, but the area is very peaceful. The cottage is cozy and atmospheric, with everything you need. Big warm terrace with seascape best in the cottage. Thanks!
