Very friendly host, told about interesting bike routes. If you want to explore the Trakhtemirs on a vedosipedi, then this is a very convenient starting point, the host knows the area well. The place is clean and as described. Thank you for a nice stay!

The place is nice, nature, next to the river. The lodge is quiet, nice terrace. There are games in the house, there are tables and chairs, so you can change the locations where to sit ! Gospador was always in touch, responded quickly, and helped resolve any issues. There are small drawbacks, there were pans that did not work under the touch stove (the host immediately offered to buy us, and reimburse us) there are no curtains, if everything is visible so everything is visible and in the morning the sun will blind. No curtain in the bathroom (the wife was especially uncomfortable). But hosts hear and do everything they can to improve the house. If there were small remarks, these issues are quickly resolved, the hosts are polite and quick to communicate, we had a beautiful and relaxing holiday. I recommend it !

Nice house, has everything for relaxing and staying both and a group. Nice sleeping arrangements, it was cold but cozy. I didn't like that there were neighbors very close. The overall impression from the description and photos was that it was one lake house with no neighbors sharing the area with you. As a result, the neighbors roasted their food on the grill in front of our porch when we arrived. The host and her mother are very nice, kind and always ready to help. Thanks for the weekend!

A fabulous house that fully corresponds to the one shown in the photo. The main feature of the house is definitely the furnace. A great opportunity to have a new experience for those who have never dealt with her before, it's not difficult 😀 but how nice it is to lie on it! My kids loved it. Bath can also be used. There is a landscape park nearby, but now it is closed for the winter period. Quiet, starry night skies, cracking wood in the oven - everything you need to get away from the noisy city. I especially want to thank the hosts for their friendliness and care.

Your home is worth the money. The only caveat is that the bath is not included in the payment for the accommodation, but it is worth it. You can get to Salikha directly from Kiev by minibus. There are no complaints about the property: a very quiet, beautiful place, just for relaxing from the noisy city; a large enough house with an adjacent swimming pond (with incredibly beautiful lotuses) at your disposal; a wood-burning stove with the possibility of a grill, a beach volleyball court, a swing and even a trampoline - here you will find something to do. We especially loved the two hammocks on the covered deck of the house. Suitable for both a quiet getaway (we played board games) and active spending time. A friendly host who prepares incredibly delicious preservation, and a sweet woman who helped with the hostess left a warm mark on her own. We really liked it, we want to come here again)

Great place! Very welcoming host, quick to respond. The house is in a pine forest, next to the Kiev Sea. Extremely nice and clean area to retire with nature and get away from the city. The house is very cozy, with charming furniture and decor, clean and with everything you need. Separate enjoyment is the garden near the house, the ability to spray the fire, the barbecue area. This is the perfect place to relax, highly recommend

I like Victor’s apartments. This was my fourth visit and I am going to my own house in Kiev without looking for any other apartments.

Cozy ,comfortable apartment. 10 minutes from the house there is a good transport interchange. 20-25 minutes walk to the station. Close to many stores and supermarkets. The host quickly responds to the text and just a nice person. I can safely recommend this)

I stayed at Julia's flat for a one month work assignment. It was ideal for what I needed - clean and spacious apartment in a great and safe location. I also really appreciated Julia's son, who is a fluent English speaker and was able to help facilitate check-in/check-out, servicing the apartment, etc. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Kyiv.

I really enjoyed my stay at Oleksandr's Apartment at it's full. The location is superb: it is right in Kyiv City center, just 1 minute from metro station, which is also serving as bomb shelter during war which is really important nowadays. There is quite a veriety of cafes, restaurants, stores around, and the area is very beautiful itself. The apartment itself is very cozy, so that one can really feel like at home: two beautiful rooms, one with an amazing view on the Ukrainian Heroes square, and the second one - to the inner garden. There was everything we needed during our stay: all types of dishes at the kitchen so that we could cook the food ourselves and store it in the fridge. The bathroom was nice and clean. I'd love to stay in this apartment once again when I'm in Kyiv. Highly recommended!

Host Denis is very friendly, helpful, sent very detailed check-in instructions, as well as recommendations for nearby shops, cafes, restaurants. Responded quickly to our messages. Linen, towels are clean, good bed, comfortable mattress. There is all the necessary cookware. There was even a minibar that surprised me with a variety of assortment). An apartment with smart home functions, everything is very convenient. The host sent detailed instructions on how it works. Special thanks to Denis for finding the gloves we forgot, which I promptly sent to us by new mail! Recommended!
