Дуже охайна і затишна оселя. Чиста, свіжа біла білизна, рушники. Зручне ліжко та диван. Вікна виходять у двір, тому в квартирі тихо. Всі поверхні чистесеньки, гарний якісний посуд, ванна кімната теж в ідеальному стані. Квартира надзвичайно мила, гадаю що хазяйка робила цей ремонт і підбирала меблі для себе. Я люблю зупинятися саме в таких - де все зручно для життя, тому оселя навіть не виглядає як та, що здається подобово. Є навіть спеціальна вентиляція з очищенням повітря з вулиці. Господар підготовив навіть воду для готування, перекуси на перший час і включив теплу підлогу, щоб мені було комфортно. Прямо в будинку є кафе зі смачною кавою і сніданками. Однозначно рекомендую і сама буду зупинятися тільки тут.

The place is located in the old heart of Kiev and right by Golden Gates. No matter where you need to go it takes about the same time from this spot. Considering the war circumstances this is definitely the place to stay to be safe as many embassies are right next to it. The apartment is very unique and stylish and incredibly cozy. You could stay there alone or with a family as it has extra sleeping area/bunk. The host is super friendly, great and fast communicator. Balcony is definitely a plus if you want to have morning coffee, an evening drink or a cigarette or all together! The convenience of location again is amazing , you have best restaurants, coffee shops, mini markets and even beauty salons, clothing stores within meters. A place that has it all and I highly recommend it to everyone and guarantee you wouldn’t regret staying there except of wanting to come back! 5 out of five stars for sure!!!

Such a lovely place! The view is amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Iryna is a wonderful host, welcoming, attentive, and quick to respond. Everything was super clean and well-prepared. Would recommend :)
