Spacious space perfectly located downtown Kyiv. The check-in and check-out were very easy.

Beautiful apartment, all the amenities were present, but there is no beautiful and comfortable room without a hospitable host. Anastasia is just an incredible hostess, very polite, always ready to help and do everything to make her stay as comfortable as possible. We are infinitely grateful for such a warm welcome, I am sure that we will return again. Peace 🥰 to our country 🙏🙏🙏🇺🇦

I really liked it, we stopped by and left for the time we needed, it is very pleasant and convenient, they will always tell you if you need it. Just like in the photo, it seems like you're at home, it's cozy. Nice view from the window. The only disadvantage is if the window is open, it is very noisy from cars.

Stayed three of us - it was very comfortable with so many. We liked everything. The apartment is nice. Warm, comfortable. Great sleeping places. It is rare enough to have such opportunities and amenities in a one-bedroom apartment, and so everything is organically assembled for a temporary stay. Wonderful location, transport interchange, for us it was very relevant walking distance to the necessary places. Host is available as well as polite and accurate. Would recommend!

The place is nice, nature, next to the river. The lodge is quiet, nice terrace. There are games in the house, there are tables and chairs, so you can change the locations where to sit ! Gospador was always in touch, responded quickly, and helped resolve any issues. There are small drawbacks, there were pans that did not work under the touch stove (the host immediately offered to buy us, and reimburse us) there are no curtains, if everything is visible so everything is visible and in the morning the sun will blind. No curtain in the bathroom (the wife was especially uncomfortable). But hosts hear and do everything they can to improve the house. If there were small remarks, these issues are quickly resolved, the hosts are polite and quick to communicate, we had a beautiful and relaxing holiday. I recommend it !

Good and peaceful place. Parking and all the facilities are available. Some of the things should be fixed, such as entrance door, fridge door. Overall, great place for a big company

I didn’t actually stay at Serhi’s place.. and I didn’t actually talk with Serhi either because he has been deployed with the Ukrainian civil defense battalion… but I spoke with his wife Maria who was super nice and very communicative. Their house is likely destroyed as fighting in Irpin was fairly heavy. My heart goes out to them and the Ukrainian people.

The apartment is 5 minutes away from the metro. The location is correct. New, warm, clean. There is paid parking nearby, and around the house you can put a place for free. A good alternative to staying in the center. By metro to the stop Maidan Nezalezhnosti 15 min. There are 2 shopping malls nearby.

Very cool place, the most comfortable stay, great conditions for relaxation. The host - everything was clear and clear on how to check in. Truly grateful for hosting💙💛
