Charming old farmhouse for rent on beautiful Varaldsøy. Located in rural area, about 500 m from the ferry dock, with beautiful views towards Hardangerfjorden, Folgefonna and Kvinnheradfjella. The house is approx. 90 m2, plus loft with 3 bedrooms/loft living room. 11 good sleeping places plus baby bed, kitchen and bathroom are refurbished in 2022/23. Terrace, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Great hiking areas right outside the door, about 500 to the beach. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented 14ft boat with 9.9 hp engine may be rented.

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. Dette huset har vært i vår familie siden det ble bygget på 1920-tallet. Dette er et helt vanlig norsk bolighus med en unik beliggenhet. Her kan du utforske Hardangerfjorden eller du kan gå på spektakulære fjellturer. Uskedalen har en av Norges beste klatremuligheter i fjellene som omgir den lille bygda. Fra huset kan du rusle 50 meter ned til sjøen der du kan svømme eller fiske. Offentlig badestrand er ca. 300 m unna huset.

Plassen er et godt utgangspunkt for bading, kajakkpadling, fjellturer eller brevandring. Kort vei til butikk og bensinstasjon. Peaceful hideaway in mighty surroundings

Autoimmun/winter 2024/2025 - we will keep the listing available - not only for summer guests. High quality interior and building , from 2012. Big open spaces, lots of sleeping fasilities in the shared area. I built this cabin as a sanctuary, for myself. Priority are light open spaces, not many bedrooms. Now time is right to share with you - please feel welcome! Shopping in Jondal, ca 25 min drive away. Or in Odda - ca 1 hour drive. ...yes, that is where you fin Trolltunga :)

La bilen stå, hopp i tur skoa og ta turen opp til Bondhus vatnet (35min gange), Gardshammar 745moh (2t gange), Breidablikk eller Fonnabu v/Folgefonna! Ellers er her mulighet for å slappa av på ein av terrassane med utsikt til Bondhus-breen eller Mauranger fjorden. 20min kjøreavstand til Odda og 30min til Rosendal.
