Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Квартира находится в центре города.Дорога до пляжа займёт 10-15 минут прогулочным шагом по набережной. В 2 шагах находится центр старого города.Так же рядом детская игровая площадка, канатная дорога,морской вокзал,яхт клуб,приморский бульвар,морские прогулки на катерах,экскурсионное бюро. Аптека ,которая работает круглосуточно.Множество ресторанов,баров,кафе.Банки и обменные пункты валюты.Не далеко рыбные ресторанчики и рынок,базар и центральный автовокзал.В соседнем доме супермаркет.

This was our second time booking this apartment, and once again, everything went perfectly. The location is fantastic — close to everything you need — and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

We had a really nice stay. The apartment looks just like the photos, and the host was very kind and helpful—especially when we needed a baby bed at short notice. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s in a quiet spot with a lovely sea view, and still close enough to the center to get around easily. While the apartment may not quite match a high-end luxury feel, it offers a pleasant and practical base, made even better by the host’s thoughtful support.
