Friggebod belägen på en lantgård mellan Nyköping och Norrköping Våningssäng 80 cm uppe och 120 cm nere + det finns en resespjälsäng och extra madrass finns att låna. Kuddar och täcken finns, Lakan ingår inte men kan hyras för en extra kostnad. Vatten saknas, dricksvatten finns att hämtas vid stallet 30 meter bort. En enkel utedusch finns på baksidan av stugan. Utedass med mulltoa. För enklare matlagning finns litet utekök med spisplatta, inne finns litet kylskåp, microvågsugn och vattenkokare.

Huvudbyggnaden har ett stort kök med matplats, 2 sovrum, vardagsrum, veranda med utsikt mot Bråviken samt bastu och tvättmaskin. Wifi är i huvudbyggnaden. Gäster ansvarar för städning innan utcheckning.
