Holiday rentals with beach access in Kvaløya

These guys were quick to answer questions and remedy the couple things we asked for. Great place and helpful hosts. I wish we had more than one night!

I've stayed at Anna's place many times now and there's a reason I keep coming back. Anna is a terric host, kind friendly and always helpful. The apratment is neat, cleean, tidy and quiet with everything you need and within close walking distance to the city, and right beside several handy bus stops. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Tromso, this one is a personal favourite.

Stunning views and location, and so cozy. Highlights are the jacuzzi, sauna, access to take a dip in the fjord, the fireplace in the living room, the comfy beds, and fully kitted out kitchen with a great coffee machine. Host was very nice and always responsive. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here and in the delightful, picturesque village of Ersfjordbotn. For any visitors hoping to use the bus, number 425 Mon to Fri goes from/to Tromsø, only a few times per day and on a Saturday it's the 425 then 42 (no service on a Sunday). The location of this apartment is stunning and we enjoyed deep snow while we were there. The apartment/kitchen is well equipped, the bed has a firm mattress and it is more spacious than photos might suggest. I would have loved a door on the bedroom or curtains on the living area/front door as even in March it gets light at 5am! There is no shop in Ersfjordbotn so you will need to bring absolutely everything you need with you. There is a fabulous café though which we highly recommend visiting for lunch or a cake.

Excellent experience, I would definitely come back! The house was super clean, warm, and well-equipped. It's located right by the sea, super quiet zone, you can't hear any cars, and you're surrounded by mountains. There's a supermarket near the house that has everything. But if you arrive very late, I recommend bringing food because it will be closed. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Grete and her husband were very kind and helpful at all times. Best place to stay on the island! Incredible mountain and water view out the back window. Quiet apartment with plenty of elbow space, including a full kitchen and living room. Nice change after the typical, tight city rentals. Opportunity to take a polar plunge from the backyard. Short drive into town, accessible by car or omnipresent bus system. Ørjan and Maria couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They felt like family in no time. Five stars all the way.

Stein and Karen were great hosts! The Airbnb was a little hard to find and reach amidst the snow and ice. But Stein personally came out to welcome and guide us. The equipment, especially the crampons, that they lent us were lifesavers for when we drove around Kvaløya to hunt for Northern Lights. The Airbnb itself was very cozy and well equipped. Very beautiful views that matched the photos. We were very lucky and was able to see the Aurora right from the patio on both nights that we stayed. Would love to stay again if we visit!

This house offers an extraordinary view of the sea and the Northern Lights on the beautiful island of Sommarøy. The decor is impeccable, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere, especially with the warm fireplace that adds to the charm. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay, and it is conveniently located close to Tromsø and the ferry to Senja. Runne was an excellent host, always attentive and even gave us Northern Lights alerts, which made our experience even more special. A perfect choice for anyone visiting Sommarøy!

Es war perfekt! Das Haus war sauber und es hatte sehr viel Ausstattung. Qualität hatte ein hohe Niveau. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Keine Nachbarn und super Sauna. Leider war der Jacuzzi nicht in betrieb… Kontakt war immer super. Ich habe mich verliebt in diese Unterkunft! Vielen Dank Truls!

das Haus besticht durch die schöne Lage direkt am Meer, wir konnten direkt von der Terrasse aus Nordlichter beobachten. der Wohnraum lädt für gemütliche Stunden am Feuer ein. im Nordic Hotel 500m zu Fuss gab es ein super Frühstücks Buffet. wir können eine Aufenthalt hier also wärmstens empfehlen, es fehlt an nichts!

Amazing cabin in an ideal location for Tromsø and other day trips. Bus stop near the house but would recommend having a car to get the most out of the trip. Everything you need for a trip to the arctic. Great communication from generous hosts, flexibility and easy contact. Lots of wildlife, lots of snow, very peaceful!

We wanted somewhere comfortable, warm with amazing views across a fjord. This house was perfect. We enjoyed watching the landscape change with the weather. We saw fantastic Northern Lights on the two clear nights from inside the house, but had to go outside as they were all over the sky. A good place for photography. The house is extremely well equipped and has everything you need, including snow shoes which enabled us to go on two walks in the deep snow. The log burner was fantastic with plenty of logs and the WiFi was great. Anne was an amazing host keeping in touch and updating us on a road closure due to an avalanche risk. We would definitely stay here again.

Un séjour parfait ! La maison était bien équipée, propre et très cocooning. Line et Kim ont été de très bons hôtes : sympathiques, toujours de bon conseils et plein d’attention. L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter du calme et de la nature tout en restant à proximité de Tromsø pour des activités plus citadines. Merci pour tout ! 😊

Wir waren eine Woche in Vibekes gemütlichen Haus. Es liegt fernab von jeglichem Tourismus auf einer kleinen Insel. Trotzdem kommt man gut mit dem Auto oder dem Bus nach Tromsoe. Das Haus war bei Ankunft blitzsauber, die Schlafzimmer praktisch und die Betten sehr gut. Die Küche voll funktionsfähig, alles da, grandios der Blick auf den Fjord von einer Frühstücksbar!! Das Wohnzimmer ebenso sehr gemütlich und mit phantastischem Blick, Gemütlichkeit wird getopt durch ein Ofenfeuer. Der Flur macht auf Grund seiner Bodenheizung immer warme Schuhe! Bad und Toilette getrennt - perfekt! Durch diese tolle Lage hatten wir eine wunderbare Ruhe, einen phantastischen Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf einen Fjord und um die Nordlichter zu sehen, mussten wir einfach nur vor die Haustür gehen! Einfach grandios!! Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!

Said was an exceptional host! Friendly & communicative, he even sent a driver to collect me from the airport & take me to get groceries before dropping me at the doorstep as my flight arrived on a Sunday evening when public transport is limited. 5* host!! The apartment is stylish & comfortable with a beautiful view, I saw the northern lights from the front porch! It is a little way from the city, but the bus stop is very close by & public transport is easy to navigate (Said recommended the transport app “Svipper”) beautiful city. Would highly recommend. 😊

Het appartement is heel goed beschreven in de advertentie. Het is een heel goed ingericht appartement, gezellig en met een prachtig uitzicht. Keuken goed ingericht, lekkere bedden, een heerlijke douche. Je kunt vanaf het appartement zo het centrum inlopen, maar de ligging is rustig. Je hoort geen verkeer en geen buren. De communicatie met Siv verliep perfect. In overleg konden we er ook eerder in en Siv vroeg tussentijds of alles in orde was en of we het naar ons zin hadden. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en als we Tromso nog een keer bezoeken boeken we zeker weer dit appartement.

super Lage mit tollem Blick auf den Fjord. Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke um in die Stadt zu kommen. Das Apartment war top sauber und die Kommunikation mit Jøran einfach und nett.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit einem schönen Ausblick in den Garten, direkt vom Bett. Ruhige Umgebung aber etwas hellhörig in der Wohnung selbst. Gute Anbindung um mit dem Bus innerhalb von 10-15 min. in das Zentrum zu kommen.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was exactly as described and the surrounds were beautiful. Thomas is an amazing host, helping us out with local recommendations and information. Would highly recommend (especially for those with children).

Die Wohnung ist atemberaubend. Der Ausblick auf das Meer/den Fjord durch die bodentiefen Fenster ist unbezahlbar. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Des Weiteren waren Backpapier, Alufolie, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Öl sowie Gewürze vorhanden. Der Balkon hat dazu eingeladen draußen zu sitzen an den Abenden, da die Sonne nicht untergegangen ist. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben ebenfalls einen hervorragenden Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt sehr große Schränke in denen mal seine Kleider einräumen kann. Wen man ein Elektroauto mietet gibt es im nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrum ausreichend Hochgeschwindigkeitsladestationen. In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 6 bis 8 Minuten zu Fuß) befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Die Busshaltestelle ist ca. 9 Minuten entfernt. Der Flughafen ist mit dem Auto in 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Ein super Gastgeber!!! Sehr gerne wieder!!!
