Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and happy that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are nice and sunny and the location perfect for us. Just a few small things we wanted to note. The bedrooms couldn't be darkened. Extra curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine. We were able to get a grip on this through a rubber glove. The lower sled of the dishwasher is broken, so it was difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the lower bedroom Apart from these little things overall a recommended and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG mining ground. Thank you for this, if we are in the area again we will be happy to come back.

It is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Also perfect with our dogs!Everything we needed was there. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, Zwickau are close and super interesting! The best for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, homemade food!!! Asparagus, fish, venison burgers, roasts really great! (Opening hours!) This short break was so successful!!! We will repeat it!

I had some very relaxing days in the green cottage. The place is lovingly decorated, clean and quiet – perfect for unwinding. Everything was as described, WiFi and amenities worked great. Unfortunately I was not able to meet Tímea and Gábor in person, but the communication was consistently friendly and reliable. Thank you for this beautiful retreat – I will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing stay. You have everything you need in the apartment, it is clean and tidy and is in the immediate vicinity of the forest.

We spent four days in the Villa Vikmanov with a group of 10 people. It was a wonderful stay. The house is very well equipped and spacious. The rooms each have toilets with bathrooms. We were very well informed by the landlords and the contact worked out very well. They are very helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and you have many opportunities for hiking, biking and other activities. Overall, our four days were very relaxing and wonderful. Thank you for the successful holiday. We will definitely be back!

Super neat stay. The surroundings are wonderful for nature lovers. We were with 3 children, and had plenty of sleeping space. The sauna and play area are a big plus.

We spent a few days with friends in this beautiful, rustic house over Pentecost. It was great! The house is very lovingly furnished with many more things than you would expect from a vacation home. There was a lot to discover. Nothing was missing, everything was very clean. The fireplace provided cozy warmth on these rather cool days. The property is fenced and has a large seating area for barbecues. BBQ and fire pit are also available. The location is quiet and ideal for hiking. There is a restaurant just around the corner. Katerina and Katja were great hosts who were easily accessible and on site for arrival and departure. Thank you very much! Clear recommendation!

Dorit was very helpful, we had booked here for an activity nearby. Due to change of plans, we should have canceled our overnight stay. Since someone else was looking for another place for the same event, he could take over the place from us without any problem. Dorit was very helpful in this for which thank you.

Everything great! Very clean and nicely decorated. Everything works flawlessly. For not as attentive readers as me: no wifi and it is an apartment, not a house with garden (display was truthful, but I assumed it for any reason and that could happen to others). Our daughter really liked the teeny bay over the living room:)

We stayed at John's place for 2 nights. The cottages are really superbly furnished and are not too small for a family of 4. So here you can also stand it longer. 😊 In the kitchen and bathroom, things like coffee filters, salt, shampoo, toilet paper were available to avoid having to go shopping right away - except food of course. 😉 You can walk right by the house into the forest. 👍 It was not so quiet with us on the WE, which is certainly the case - because there was a dog tournament with us. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back.

We had a family vacation with Elena. Everything was great. The house is a great , beautiful and cozy place. Beautiful nature, silence. We really want to come. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and a great home .

We were with a child and seven adults in the treasure chest and had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home, grilled in the garden and used the pool, explored Marienberg and made a detour to the Kühnau Heath and the Schwarzwassertal to the Teufelsmauer and the Katzenstein. There are very well-developed hiking trails in a beautiful landscape. We will definitely be back. The place itself exceeded our expectations. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and there were delicious fresh eggs. Shopping facilities were in walking distance. The only thing that may be considered problematic is the fact that there are only two toilets and one shower. But if you coordinate well and there are early risers, then it works. We had a very pleasant stay. The place is highly suitable for 8 people for a nice stay right in the middle of prestine nature. Highlight here was the grill place. The host communicated pretty much everything we need. We will come again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Karlovy Vary.

Too bad you can't give more than 10 points! The apartment is perfectly furnished - beautiful, modern, spacious and cozy. There was everything you needed. The views from the Erzalm are amazing. Nice cottage with a beautiful and well-kept garden and a very polite host. Facilities are very basic and partly a little bit dated, but spotlessly clean. One restaurant, a playground and a Mini Market (open every day) within walking distance, everything else requires a trip by car. Overall it was an enjoyable stay with two small children.

We loved Petra’s apartment. When we stepped inside it felt very homey. The apartment is large, has 2 bedrooms, each with TV, main one with lounge, , big kitchen, washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom. We had a car so the location was great for us being a bit away from the Center if the town and close to golf resort we have played golf at. We have enjoyed our stay in Petra’s place and would recommend her apartment to anyone,

Zuzana is a great host and her apartment is absolutely spotless clean, very nicely setup and in a great part of town. Morning sun in one window and afternoon sun in the other side. The location is top, slightly out of the main area which makes it quiet at night, but still easily walkable to everything. If you are working and travelling like ai was this apartment is very well setup with 2x comfortable workspaces. 100% recommend

The cottage is simply indescribably beautiful! Through the large windows you can look at meadows and forests, it is so wonderfully quiet that you just relax right away. Due to the underfloor heating, it is wonderfully warm and due to the lots of wood, the cottage is very comfortable. In the kitchen there is everything you need and it is really fun to cook something here and get involved. The lower bedroom is wonderfully cool and also has a wonderful view of nature and in the attic children get their money's worth and have their own little empire. There is a balcony and a terrace to properly absorb and enjoy the beautiful scenery. From the cottage you can hike through the enchanted forest, e.g. to the Hochmoor small Kranichsee. We 100% recommend this place and thank Tina and family very much for this great place.

Everything was great apartment was clean in a great location, the kitchen was fully equipped, we didn't miss the center within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this amusement of Tatiana was nice and she also provided us with parking in the underground garage.

Can only recommend if you are looking for relaxed stay in the nature. The accomodation was clean and had everything. Also Terezie is a great host.

This place has been great. It’s about 10 minutes away from the slopes, the overall location is really nice. The place was awesome as well, overall would recommend.

We were allowed to spend 1 week during the spring holidays in the apartment. Everything has expired to our satisfaction and we can recommend the place for a family of three.
