We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was just perfect — the setting, the view, and especially the pool, which was definitely the highlight for us. Roy, the caretaker, was wonderful and did everything we asked for. Though we had a bit of a language barrier since he speaks only Malayalam, Google Translate came to the rescue and it all worked out smoothly. A beautiful stay in a beautiful place — would definitely recommend!

Host was responsive, proactive and kind. home was easy to find. checkin went smooth. the home is close the the kalpetta city. surrounded by various trees and plants. quite neighborhood. was kind of the Mr. Ismail to make us coffee once we reach the home. the home has good wifi network , clean home. overall definitely recommend the place. will look forward to get back to Mr. Ismail's home when visiting wayanad again.

Our stay at Dream View was absolutely magical! One of the pleasant surprises was how excellent the WiFi was, which allowed us to stay connected when needed without any issues. But what truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Shyam bro. He is an incredibly wonderful and genuenly sweet person! Shyam went above and beyond, taking us to the best local restaurant, recommending fantastic places to explore, and was always incredibly responsive to any questions we had. His hospitality truly made us feel at home and welcomed. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be booking again on our next visit. During our stay in the first week of January 2025, everything was exactly as described. The host and his assistant, Vijay, were both wonderful and welcoming. The property is located 1.6 kilometers from the main road and is close to the well-known milk producer in the area. The rooms were clean, neat, and equipped with all the essentials, including toothpaste and soap. Every morning, Vijay prepared a delicious breakfast, and his friendly, humble, and helpful nature made the experience even more enjoyable. Throughout our stay, we felt well cared for, and they were attentive to our needs. Their restaurant recommendations were also spot on! We did experience a couple of minor issues with hot water and drainage in Room #2, but these were addressed promptly. I’m confident that these concerns will be permanently resolved for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would highly recommend this place. One friendly advice to host: Send message to host with the landmark.

It was a great experience to stay in a tree house. It was my first time and I am not gonna get over this beautiful feeling of staying here anytime soon. There is calm river flowing right in front of the tree house. There is a beautiful farm where you can take a stroll and explore the various vegetation the family is taking care of. Mahima helped me set up a beautiful candle light dinner which definitely helped me to have one of the most beautiful experiences so far. Highly recommended. Please go and enjoy the hospitality.

This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa nestled in nature. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and even has a charming little stream flowing through it, which adds to the serene vibe. The villa itself is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the host, Mr. Shine. He was extremely friendly, responsive, and always just a call away for anything we needed. His hospitality really enhanced our overall experience. The villa doesn’t have air conditioning, but thanks to the pleasant weather, it didn’t feel uncomfortable—though it did get a bit warm during the afternoons (we visited in May). Also, there’s a CCTV camera installed at the outer boundary facing the swimming pool, which slightly impacts the privacy for couples and could be reconsidered. The location is excellent with adventure parks, viewpoints, and tea gardens all nearby. The view from the property includes a stunning mountain backdrop.

Great place, very serene and secluded. Lots of thing to do at the airbnb it self and also in close proximity. Both the caretaker and the chef were amazing people and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely going to visit again!

Great place and the best part is the view that you get every morning and evening. Totally worth it. The place is really good and the staff were super helpful. Few things that can be improved . 1) Mobile number on which we can contact . It was missing and what was provided was not responsive 2) Food was delicious but slightly expensive, 3) Power backup need to be improved 4) Only one mosquito repellent was available

The place is by the side of the beach, with absolutely stunning views. It's a nice place for a small get together. The place itself requires a bit of maintenance. Being a beachfront villa, wear and rear is visible on all aspects, including wall, electrical fittings. But overall the stay was good and the caretaker was really helpful

Awesome place to stay & host is very supportive. Place to stay is very clean, calm & very good for family. They provide basic stuff everyday like eggs, milk, bread, biscuit & also give seasonal fruits available on the farm. There will be firecamp & barbeque if you wish to use. Little away from the city, there is no noise of vehicles & also very less people around. Host will be available everytime whenever you need any help. Maid will be available everyday for cleaning except Sunday. If you need anything from town, host will arrange a person to deliver it to your stay. Town is also very nearby if you need anything.
