Holiday rentals with lake access in Kungälv Municipality

Der Aufenthalt in Arnes Haus entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Unterkunft ist super schön und toll in der Nähe des Meeres gelegen. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, sodass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben! :)

I had a wonderful stay at their place. Beautiful home, beautiful place, beautiful everything. I stayed for 8 nights and could easily have stayed longer. It’s a peaceful place and lots to do around the area. They gave me some really good tips on where to go and what to see. I went all of the places and I enjoyed it. The coastline is amazing and people are very kind. I think that if you want to stay on this side of Sweden, this is the place to be. It has everything. The hut has a great view and inside there’s everything you need for a comfortable stay. I loved the design and the attention to details. They took good care of me and I felt very welcome. I can warmly recommend to stay here and I hope to come back again. ❤️ Nicole

Das Haus ist wohnlich und gemütlich, alles ist sehr liebevoll arrangiert. Die große Terrasse, die auf den Bildern nicht gezeigt wird, ist auch sehr schön. Ein toller Baumbestand verhindert im Sommer leider den Blick auf die Bucht. Der Grill war etwas rostig, bei dem maritimen Klima nicht verwunderlich, so wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Viele Ziele sind gut zu erreichen, z.B. die Schären, der Väner oder Göteborg.

Wir waren mit einer Familie mit vier Erwachsenen in dem wunderschönen Haus von Olof. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat lediglich die mangelnde Sauberkeit gestört. Sonst alles tip top.

Tolle Unterkunft für den Sommerurlaub mit Familie. In fünf Minuten ist das Meer erreichbar. Dort gibt es eine Badestelle mit Sprungbrett. Ideale Lage für Wanderungen auf Marstrandsön, Kuön und in der Nähe zur Fähre nach Dyrön. Göteborg ist in 45 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Riesige Sonnenterrasse mit bequemen Möbeln, hauseigener Berg mit Aussichtsplatz in die Bucht. Sehr geräumiges Haus, allerdings keine richtige Trennung zwischen den zwei Schlafzimmern. Etwas hellhörig. Der Weg zum Bad führt vom Schlafzimmer durchs Kinderzimmer. Nicht schlimm, sollte man aber wissen. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Insgesamt jederzeit gerne wieder.

Roberth's listing was perfect for our long weekend - very comfortable and private. It's much larger than the photos suggest and very well equipped. Most days we drove into Gothenburg (about 25-30 mins by car) then relaxed in the evenings in the hot tub. We would love to return.

Ett mysigt boende i fantastisk skärgårdsmiljö. Ljust och fräscht vardagsrum, välutrustat kök och tillräckligt många sängar för alla i familjen. Extra plus för hamnutsikten från matplatsen, de fina uteplatserna och badplatsen som fanns inom gångavstånd. Kan verkligen rekommenderas.

Es ist wirklich eine wundervolle Unterkunft! Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und das Haus hat eine super Lage um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war total nett und unkompliziert. Sie haben uns Tipps gegeben und wir konnten so ein Problem im Haus schnell lösen. Gerne wieder!

Allt var verkligen toppen! Det enda minus var att de saknades galgar och en garderob. Nästa gång vi kommer till Marstrand hyr vi gärna denna lägenhet igen samt kommet att rekommendera den varmt.

Super séjour avec pleins de jeux et tous les équipement nécessaires pour les enfants. Notre fille a adoré le trampoline!!

Fri horisont, nära till sköna havsbad, nära till trevliga Dyrön med vandring och fin bastu! Färjan funkar perfekt 🤩

I am probably a little biased, as I had been in the area many times throughout my life, and I've always loved this old town part of Kungälv. The buildings are made up of lots of historic landmarks. There is a beautiful old church nearby with stunning interior craftsmanship and design. The river walk, with lots of pretty water fowl and gardens is bare a minute from the location. And a couple minutes walk beyond all of these is an ancient fortress, first built in 1308, looking out over the river that runs all the way up to Stockholm from the west coast. The property has all the amenities one could need, and while its close to everything, its very private and peaceful. The owners are super proactive and respond quickly to any questions. I could go on, but I think its enough to say this is as advertised, and a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend 👌

Vi var två vuxna och två barn plus en hundvalp. Sofia tillsammans med familj var fantastiska värdar och hade förberett med skålar och handduk även till hunden! Under vistelsen fick vi flera tips om utflykter och andra bra råd. Sammantaget kan jag rekommendera både boendet och värden starkt och om vi åker till Tjörn igen så kommer vi definitivt kolla om det är ledigt hos Sofia!

Really loved our stay at Jenny's place. Cozy home, has everything you need, beautiful terrace and lovely bathing spots in walking distance.

Logement fidèle à la description, typique d'une petite maison familiale de vacances sans prétention. L'environnement est très calme, à l'écart de la foule. Nous étions en transport en commun mais le logement est facilement accessible à pied. Le bus proche ainsi que les ferries permettent de visiter aisément les alentours. La douche en plein air est une expérience agréable (en tous cas avec la météo que nous avons eue!).

Fantastisk stuga med ett superhärligt läge. Jenny var flexibel efter våra önskemål, snabb på att svara och enkel att kommunicera.

On peut dire beaucoup de choses, mais vous devriez aller et constater par vous-même cet endroit très près de la nature et au calme. La situation géographique de cette maison et la nature qui l’entoure sont une merveille, l’équipement dans le logement est parfait. Quant à David, très réactif, disponible et chaleureux.

Perfect place if you travel to Göteborg by car for several days! We stayed for one night, had a very good cozy sleep and a picturesque breakfast by the sea the next day. The owner is really nice and helped us when we couldn't find the place.
