In this house there is a bunk bed as well as 2 sofa beds, well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. The house is located 15m from the beachfront as well as from the municipal swimming area Källsnäs swimming area, where there is a nice long jetty that leads out to a rustic dressing room that then leads you to nice swimming opportunities. Nearby are also nice walking paths. You are shared with other residents of other houses.

Peaceful living by the sea

With the sea in the eye, the guest house built in 2021 is located on a part of our site. There are sleeping places for four people, two in double bedrooms and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse has its own wind sheltered patio. Here, all seasons have a fancy. It is 200 meters to rocks with a bathing ladder. A more than a mile away, there is a municipal swimming area with piers. There are good opportunities for walking/hiking and excursions at Tjörn. Hero protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

On the Swedish west coast, 35min north from Gothenburg and 20min south from Marstrand, on the island "Lilla Fjellsholmen", is this exclusive holiday home with wonderful sea views. Perfect for a relaxing family vacation in the archipelago. You can go swimming, crab fishing or just relax on the docks. There is also a small beach for kids, green play areas and a shared sauna. The seaside resort of Marstrand is just 5NM away by boat (=20 min). The house is rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday.

The house, built in 2023, has a spacious living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Fresh bathroom with shower and floor heating. Guest room with 3 beds. Big, cozy loft with a double bed and space for sitting circles. Laundry machine. Outdoor fireplace, small guest cabin and direct access to forest trails behind the house. Access to kayak.

Summer cottage on Tjörn by beautiful swimming area

A stone's throw from beautiful coves, this summer cottage is located on Tjörn, at beautiful Olsnäs and Fagerfjäll. Modern kitchen, lovely large living room and 3 bedrooms, there is also a toilet in the cottage and a shower at the back of the house. Large garden with space for play and badminton, 2 near bathing areas(about 80m) to choose from, near Skärhamn with culture and restaurants. Patio with outdoor grill and large seating. !Not recommended for fur animal allergy sufferers!

Rovor och Rum

Rovor and Rum consists of a large apartment of 120m2 and sleeps 13 people. You rent the entire apartment. The area is child friendly. Close to the city center and restaurants and yet located in a genuine farm environment with sheep, chickens (eggs) and cats. It is 10 minutes walking distance to the water and municipal outdoor swimming. Rovor and Rum are located in Toftenäs Nature Reserve with beautiful hiking trails and wonderful nature.
