I will recommend this property. Its really nice to live in with all the facilities. The AC rooms were super good and much appreciated. The only issue what we had was the Wifi which was down . But everything else was awesome . My friends liked the stay there .

If you're looking for a cheap getaway and merge with nature, this place is for you. Mind you the house is small, but the environment makes up for the quaint little place. We felt one with nature and got to experience a vintage era. Overall it was a refreshing and mesmerizing experience.

Second time back and still absolutely lush. The place has such a calm, laid-back vibe – proper peaceful. You get cracking views of the sunrise and sunset, and if you’re anything like me and love just parking yourself outside with a cuppa, soaking up those stunning Kerala scenes, it’s spot on. Proper little getaway!

Had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Swimming pool which was open for 24 hours had complete privacy and the water was crystal clear. Delicious home cooked breakfast was served. Host was really helpful ensuring we had everything we needed😇❤️.

The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

It was great stay overall. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had a amazing stay. The stay was totally private. There are helpers in the next compound. The view is totally amazing and the pool was cleaned daily. The cleaner helped a lot. if you prefer cooking they have utensils. Limited restaurant choice if you prefer to order food. Perfect for both family and group. We had a great time and recommend everyone to try this place.

Waking up to the view of Arabian Sea, spending hours warchng the swarming backwaters with cruise boats, and ships from the bedroom day&night, located at the heart of the city, bustling yet peaceful location, aesthetically designed interiors....I cn keep listing the pros of this property... but what mattered the most is the serenity and calmness I felt being in there...Wud never miss an opportunity to get bk in there again. The farmhouse is the perfect location for leisure as well as work. The wifi is great and there is a power backup. Mr Vishnu has thought of literally everything needed for a comfortable long stay. The kitchen is fully functional with the required utensils, basic groceries and even a mini fridge. Our personal favourite was the skylight roof bathroom. The place is quiet, peaceful and clean. There is a huge temple right opposite the property and the beaches are only a couple of kms away - easily walkable. Overall, we had a great time!
