Villa Valencia offers a perfect location for several families or the large group of friends who want to get away and enjoy a lovely holiday. Approximately 11 minute (9.3km) drive from Stenungsund shopping center. A 5 minute drive (3.5km) to Ica Almö Livs, which has most things. There's also a gym and pharmacy.

This is a beautiful place at the west cost with a stunning oceanview and nature surroundings. You will have huge fields and during summertime cows, horses and sheep's nearby. You have the entire house, garden and pool area at your disposal. The 1st floor apartment is newly renovated with the pool and grill area just outside. The 2st floor is a cosy apartment with a separate entrence. With balcony with lots of sun and ocean view. Separate entrence.

Large villa for many with pool near the sea in Varberg

A large newly built house that can easily accommodate 2-3 families. Walking distance to lovely salty baths and cycling distance into the summer town of Varberg. The house has several lovely patios that offer sunlight from morning to night. In addition to the 4x8 m heated pool (May - September) there is plenty of room for socializing and playing in the garden with a large trampoline as well as two playgrounds within walking distance.

Seaside idyll

Beautifully located seaside house with close proximity to salty bathing, cliffs and beaches. Here you can enjoy the presence of the sea almost to the house route. The house offers several nice patios and a spacious garden. With its generous 250 sqm, the accommodation offers plenty of room for the family. Our two cats are part of the family and fed every other day. They are independent and take care of themselves using a cat hatch.
