Our beautiful modern 3-room apartment is located in the Dünengarten vacation resort with direct private beach access and a small park. It has a large combined living and dining room with fully equipped kitchenette. 1 bedroom/children's room with bunk bed and one bedroom with box spring bed. In the cozy living room with pull-out box spring couch, an additional 2 people can sleep comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet. From the living room there is a balcony with side sea view.

Neubau mit 5-Sterne-Niveau in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, inkl. großer Balkon, Fußbodenheizung, großer Badewanne, WLAN, privater Strandzugang etc.. Die Wohnung Weststrand von Riviera Kühlungsborn ist 60 m2 groß und besitzt ein separates Schlafzimmer. Alle Räume verfügen über eine Fußbodenheizung. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine große moderne Badewanne, in der Sie bei geöffnetem Fenster das Meeresrauschen hören können. Der Strand ist in wenigen Metern über einen eigenen Strandzugang erreichbar.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Apartment for 2 persons on the 2nd floor in a wonderful apartment house in the old bathroom style. The light-flooded 2-room apartment with 42m² & a magnificent balcony all over the width, is located on the promenade with many shops, restaurants and cafes. The Baltic Sea is a 5-minute walk away. Very quiet apartment to the back. Three floor-to-ceiling French doors lead to the balcony, from which you have a nice view over green gardens to the nearby city forest.

The beach is about 10 minutes away on foot. There are also bicycles available for rent. On request, you can book swimming pool and sauna use in our hotel "Das Landhotel Wittenberg" (see homepage) for an additional charge.
