Very pleasant experience. Nothing left to be desired.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend away and the only bad thing was that we couldn’t stay longer. Vaso is a gracious, A+ host. She made us feel right at home. The pictures simply do not do this place justice-it was nice to have extra space for our family and the views from the balcony are amazing. Great place for reading and relaxation. Would definitely look this place up again if we get to go back to the island.

The host's behavior was very friendly. He is someone who gives suggestions and can return if needed. He was always smiling. We were very pleased with the house. It was very beautiful with its garden, arrangement, the furniture used in the rooms, and its width. A place where you can spend time in peace. Since the house is located in the historical Greek streets of Ayvalık, we had a little difficulty in parking and bringing the car home, but this lasted for 1 or 2 days for us, and the house is very close to the city center.

It was an amazing holiday experience. I don't want to be boring for those who will write a long article with compliments and evaluate the comments. Therefore, I will convey the most important notes. When we arrived at the house, we loved the cleanliness and tidiness of the house. Everything was so perfectly thought out that we brought most of the cleaning supplies, etc. with us from Istanbul. But we saw that it was not necessary when we came home. Everything from a vacuum cleaner to white vinegar was available for hygiene at home. The hosts offered all kinds of amenities, including Netflix subscription. They provide excellent guidance and care before and after entering the house. You should have no hesitation in choosing this place. The hosts' caring and kind nature is also admirable. The village is located in the middle of many points you would like to see in the region, so it is in a preferred location. Thank you to everyone who contributed.

Our stay at the property was very pleasant. The place was exactly as it looked in the photos and was fully equipped. Although the accommodation is two steps from the city center, it was quiet. The owner was very friendly and gave useful information. We'd love it again!

A small but cozy house with a view of the sea and where you can have a peaceful time. We were very satisfied, even though we arrived at the end of October, the weather was just as hot, since the house is by the sea, we put on swimsuits and directly swim in the sea. We stayed in a peaceful neighborhood for one night. The hosts are very warm and helpful, they even picked oranges for us at checkout:) Highly recommend.

We found everything we needed in the house. It was pretty clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great! You can walk just a few minutes to reach the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and the seaside. Mr. Alper was very helpful, we could easily communicate when we needed it. We would definitely like to stay here again when we come to Ayvalık. Thank you for everything, Mr. Alper!

We had no trouble communicating with Thalia. She responded to our messages in a timely manner and adequately. We loved the location of the house, the view was great! We were able to get everywhere on foot. There is a grocery store in the back of the house and very reasonably priced. We went to the balcony for coffee at every opportunity, but we couldn't fully enjoy it due to the wind, it was really windy when we were in Lesvos. So the balcony was not very convenient for us, unfortunately. Kitchen utensils were sufficient, all basic things. We discovered Greek coffee thanks to Thalia:) She was a helpful, caring lady as written in the comments. Since it was not summer yet, the house was cold in the evening/night and the air conditioning worked a lot. We also had no problem with the hot water. Some comments mention the issue of noise and smoking. We didn't hear any noise and never smell cigarettes, there was no smell to the apartment we were in. Overall we were satisfied, we had a nice time with our nearly 5-year-old son:) Thank you…

The location of the accommodation was very good and ideal for those who want to stay in the city center. Exceptional harbour views. Everything was perfect during our stay and the host very kind and helpful.

Very well located apartment close to restaurants and the shopping street. Very kind and responsive host. Only negative point: apartment on the ground floor of a small busy street, so quite noisy.

Dear George's house was as pictured and described. We stayed comfortably as a family of four. Additional points for having cleaning supplies. Cleanliness could have been better. But it is ignored in the overall rating. The only thing missing from the house is the dishwasher. In short, it met our expectations and was a comfortable stay. The house is ten minutes from the center and at the top of the city. This has been good for us. It had a more peaceful and cool environment. Unfortunately, the two dogs of the downstairs neighbor didn't shut up at all day and night. Fortunately, we love animals.

The hosts are definitely very helpful, communicative and very, very nice and accommodating. We felt at home in the apartment. What can I say about the view from the balcony? I think you have to experience it yourself. We spent great days there. 1 minute from the apartment is a public parking lot that is free and the center is also 2 minutes away. Everything is great. You can't go wrong renting this apartment. Glad to come back!

This place had a spectacular view and is so close to everything happening in Mytilene. It was clean and bright and had great amenities. Given its downtown location, if you’re a light sleeper, it’s probably not for you- but that’s true of most downtown hotels, too. The host was friendly and super responsive. We had a minor local power outage and she had the issue fixed before we even experienced any real inconveniences- really superior attention was paid to us. I would totally stay here again.

The house was as described, very close to the center, 10 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot to the marina. The host was flexible about the Check-in. Everything was available at home for the need. Clean and useful. We spent 4 days very comfortably with 2 children. Thank you

Andreas is very polite and helpfull. Home has everythıng for dınner breakfast or cook. Location is little bit away from beach and more but ıf you lıke to walk lıttle ıts okay. We stayed in the apartment for a few days and the experience was great! The space was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was modern and inviting, making us feel at home. The location was ideal, close to the city center, with easy access to shops, cafes and the major attractions. Plus, the host's hospitality was impeccable. He was always willing to provide us with useful information and take care of our every need. We will definitely prefer it again the next time we visit Mytilene and we highly recommend it to everyone!

We had a really nice stay here. The apartment is located at a quiet part of Ermou street. Our favorite part was the balcony with beautiful views of the city, the castle and the sea. Our host was nice and responded quickly. We'd love to stay here again the next time in Mytilini 😊
