Large apartment with 3 rooms, 1 living room, 2 large balconies in the center of Ayvalik Sarımsaklı, 200 meters walking distance from the beach. There is no water problem in the house where families can stay comfortably. High-speed Wi-Fi. Located on the 1st floor of the 4-story building. 2 bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes, and 1 room has 3 single beds and wardrobes. A few minutes walk from all grocery stores, market place, the apartment has dishwasher,washing machine, inverter air conditioning, TV with satellite receiver. I speak English fluently.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is in a central location and very close to all the places you want to go. Cunda Island is 10 minutes away and Şeytan Sofrası is 15 minutes away. In addition, the symbol of Ayvalık is within walking distance to the beach in the narrow alleys. Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are beds for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen and living room. The 5th maximum person can comfortably stay on the sofa for 2 people in the living room. 😊HAVE A GOOD VACATION 😊

A bohemian two-story house on a parallel alleyway to Horse Cars Square,very calm, 100 m from Palabahçe, walking distance to all the organic products located in the bakery,butcher and bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

The use of the garden is exclusive for our guests. There is a teak dining and sofa set in the garden. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the house. It is a neat location in a lush area that is immaculately and safe, even the garden entrance is separate(independent) at the entrance of the house, the cleanliness and hygiene is done by me and my wife and my older daughter, have all the kitchen requirements and staying in our house with all kinds of needs of guests staying in our house (such as public transportation, parking, grocery store, beach, food restaurants and cafe).
