Beachfront holiday rentals in Kubu

Wow! My kids said it best when they walked in “I didn’t know Balinese style can be so beautiful”. And on the last day, they asked if we could come back to “the most beautiful AirBnB” they have ever stayed in! The Balinese styled pool is just stunning and water is always warm and inviting . We love lounging by the pool, listening to the coos of the birds, and relaxing (much better than any beach club in Bali!). We enjoyed breakfast at Mewali 2 min walk away, and sunset walks 5 min away at Seseh beach. Check out Alus Warung or Pantai Warung Seseh on the beach around sunset time nearby too. Location is so tranquil yet only abt 12 min away to the trendy shops and restaurants of Pererenan. What a wonderful stay with friendly staff. We felt really well taken care of and safe throughout our stay. Special thanks to Sri who is always kind, and very responsive! It was such a restful stay and we love to be back!

The house itself is beautiful—spacious, well-designed, and the pool was a fantastic bonus. We really enjoyed the space overall. One downside was that the shared living room is in a separate building, and with only one key, it made things tricky when different people wanted to use it. The area to the right felt safe and walkable, but to the left, we didn’t feel as comfortable exploring, so we stuck to one side. The staff were lovely—friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. The chef/housekeeper was also very kind and clearly meant well, but she was a bit too involved for us. She often asked where we were going, who we were with, and when she could come back. While it may be cultural, we had booked the place for privacy, so it didn’t quite suit our needs. There were only three of us, so the key situation for the bedrooms worked fine, but if two people were sharing a room, one key might not be ideal. Everything was great ! Place is magical ! For me the only thing I didn’t like that stuff comes whenever they want and walking around the house cleaning so it’s just good to tell if you don’t want the stuff in the house beforehand

Our week at Sisoq on Gili Asahan was the absolute highlight of our eight-week trip to Indonesia. I almost cried when we had to leave. The island is stunning, with a true Robinson Crusoe feel—no cars or motorbikes, everything within walking distance, and a few lovely restaurants and resorts nearby. The house is right on the beach, beautifully furnished with books and board games, spotless, and full of charm. Watching the stars from the upstairs balcony was magical. Daily cleaning is provided, and Jana was always available and incredibly helpful—especially when our daughter needed antibiotics and for organizing our return to Bali. As guests, you can use the nearby Eco Lodge Resort’s amenities (SUPs, kayaks) free of charge. We also loved the mountain yoga classes at Yoga Shala and relaxing massages at the spa. We felt completely cared for and would return in a heartbeat. A truly exceptional stay that we recommend wholeheartedly.

Our one week stay at Dani’s place was most enjoyable and relaxing. The home is set in beautiful, lush surroundings & garden, with lovely views of Mt. Agung from the rear patio. The home is very well set-up and equipped- loved the coffee machine - and well maintained. The pool was most welcome and very well used. Dani’s cooking was a highlight, with different delicious dishes each night and a beautiful breakfast each morning. Highly recommended 😀

The Villa is located about two and half hours from the airport and the large resorts. If you want to experience Bali the way it was before being loved to death, this villa will exceed your expectations. We were met by a driver with a comfortable SUV at the airport who transferred us to the villa. The driver and vehicle were available the entire time. It is my understanding that being taken close by did not have a cost. Having the driver take you around the island for the day had an additional cost. Confirm this with Susi. Balian beach and a few restaurants are located about ten minutes away. The staff kept the villa clean, and provided fresh towels. Breakfast was included, lunch and dinner, prepared by the staff are for sale from a menu. My wife and I purchased wine at the airport and stopped at a grocery store on the drive to the villa. The pictures of the villa are an accurate representation. Had toy's for young children. We are taking home a memorable experience.

Wow 🤩 ❤️ What an amazing family holiday villa. We were a family of 13 people. Ages ranging from 16months to 82 years young. Spacious, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Villa exactly as described and just like the photos. The pool was an oasis to cool off in after exploring and big enough for 6 active kids and 7 adults. The bar fridge was re-stocked daily and very reasonable prices, bintangs, wine and cool drinks. Drinking water refilled every day also. Lovely breakfast included every morning and right on time as requested by us. The location was fabulous. Nusa Dua is a beautiful, quiet area of Bali. We had extended family staying at the Sofitel, 4min walk to the beach and 20min walk up to the Sofitel and other resorts, restaurants along the beachfront. Great laundry just up from Villa and massage place Rahayu. Awesome restaurants out on Main Street also, we enjoyed Balilicious and JD sports bar. Circle K had safe money exchange. Above all amazing staff, thank you all so much 🙏

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for a week. To say this villa was superb is an understatement. We normally stay at Bonvoy - Marriott properties however in Bali we couldn't get a room package that met our needs. Awen is the manager for the property. She runs an excellent operation which caters to your needs. Our villa experience was above and beyond a bonvoy with club/exec lounge access. Think of a personal butler and on call concierge with a driver. Nothing was to much to ask. Everything was done with a smile. Local food recommendations were all on point and exceeded our expectations. (Awen has significant international experience which translates into 100% on point recommendations. Just tell her what you are looking for and she will provide a list of current options to match. Awen and her husband travel to' fuel their food and travel blog - so she is up to date.) We will be back with our family and take two villas. Highly recommended!

Our family of 4 had an incredible 6 night stay at The Beach Villa! The seclusion and beauty of the location makes it a very unique Bali experience. While we did spend a lot of time relaxing in the peace, quiet and privacy of the stunning villa, were also able to complete some day trips with a local driver to volcanos and waterfalls. Putu and her staff, including house keeper Siki and driver Kadek, were so incredibly accommodating and hospitable. While it is a bit of drive to get to if you are coming from the far south, you will not regret booking this brilliant accomodation!

Meeting and chatting with Oka was a real highlight of our trip. He helped us with meals, transportation and local contacts for activities. He was a perfect host for our lovely stay in a beautiful setting.

We stayed at this villa in Bali for a week and absolutely loved everything about it. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pool were especially lovely – perfect for enjoying the tropical atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed, from organizing transport to recommending local spots. The location was also great – peaceful and private, yet close enough to restaurants, and the beach. We truly felt at home and didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place. Comfortable, private, excellent location. Had wonderful massage package. Staff were very attentive. If we were to nit pick , the menu could do with expanding with the addition of some desserts. All in all we would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We loved every minute of our stay. Absolutely gorgeous!! Stayed in just to enjoy the facilities. Slept well to the sound of the ocean and had the perfect view of sunrise and sunset. The pool was of perfect temperature and was cleaned everyday. Loved the stay here!

This stay at Nyoman's place was wonderful. We were very well hosted by a thoughtful and discreet staff. The house is beautiful, both in its architecture and tasteful decoration. And this pool, this sea view, what a magic! we couldn't leave the house because the show was so fabulous. Direct access to the sea to go snorkeling in the morning right in front and see very beautiful fish, alone. It's also a quality of this house, the calm - no scooter noise or crowds of tourists. In short, we'll be back, for sure. Thank you Nyoman for this beautiful break.

We celebrated a 60th birthday at the villa and requested some decorations and a special dinner. The staff (Ilu and Ayu) wrote Happy 60th birthday with flower petals and leaves on the floor of the living room - a beautiful and colourful surprise! They cooked us a delicious meal and we had a wonderful and memorable celebration. We also had relaxing massages at the villa which they arranged for. Much appreciated! The driver from the Villa, Mr Krisna was polite, helpful, punctual (early, in fact) and knowledgable and made all our drives to and from the villa to various locations very smooth and enjoyable. Don't miss the dolphin tour...we got on the boat from the beach right in front of our villa. Remember to request beforehand that the boat crew bring along the appropriate snorkelling masks if you plan to get in the water to see the dolphins. It is an amazing experience! Overall, our stay will remain a much cherished memory for all of us.

Putu is an excellent host. He responds immediately and offers a wealth of advice and recommendations. He helped us out every time we had a problem. Only small downside: we did not understand very well that the taxi service only took us to predefined points, while we pay it by the day, and more expensive than most other taxi services. The place was totally as expected. The photos are totally representative of the place, although the accommodation is even more beautiful. A note on Snorkeling: you must be able to swim well in the current to be able to get to the spot. Finally, for meals, we loved the Amok Sunset restaurant, accessible with a free shuttle from the hotel and with very reasonable prices and a beautiful view. However, the breakfast at the café next to the hotel, included in the stay, was a little disappointing in view of the overall standing of the hotel.

We rented Marios place for 3 nights. We got picked up at our previous location by Gede. Gede is a local driver that Mario put us in contact with. Gede is very knowledgeable about the aera and super friendly. Also the most comfortable driver we have met in Bali. Highly recommend to contact if you rent. Kadek was a gardner that always made the place look beautiful. Location was amazing and the beach only a few steps away. Recommend for anyone that wants to see the more rural areas of Bali.

WOW, just WOW. what an amazing experience staying at such a gorgeous property! I loved every minute of this stay!! Very luxurious villa with stunning views and surroundings. From the moment i arrived Tatiana, Melan, Rico and the team were attentive, helpful, very lovely and welcoming. Had a welcoming drink on the deck overlooking the dreamy beach as the sun set which was magical. Private chef that not only sources local produce on request of your meal, the meals were better than going to a restaurant! The Villa was so spacious, with immaculate attention to detail with the interior design. Every room had its own hidden gem, like outdoor shower/bath whilst maintaining privacy. So close to secluded and picturesque beaches and unique dining experiences. 2 days was definitely not enough time to enjoy this place fully. 10/10 would recommend.

We stayed at the surf for the first leg of our honeymoon on our first trip to bali. The photos don’t do it justice. it is impeccable. There’s quite a few stairs to get down to get to the villa, but the surfs recommended driver picked us up from the airport, took us there and carried our bags down. There is a beautiful restaurant 2m from your doorstep and it delivers to your villa. The villa itself is like out of a magazine, you can lay in bed or sit on the lounge eating breakfast while looking at the ocean. The view is unmatched. Amazing value for money, an absolute gem that we are very blessed to have found. 6 out of 5 stars.

i wouldn't like to reiterate reviews of previous guests, only want to mention that place is simply wonderful

we can't recommend Abing villas enough. its more gorgeous than the photos. we loved it so much we extended our stay an extra night. ocean 4 is probably the nicest villa on the property with unobstructed ocean views. it has all resort amenities including room service, spa etc. the front desk is very responsive via messaging for all your needs. we were able to book transfers, rent snorkelling gear, request for scooters quickly. the resort is quite remote, another 20 mins further from Amed. although Google maps tells you to take the coastal road, it is treacherous with potholes and all our drivers went through Amed instead. that said, the beauty of the resort makes it worth it. there are only a handful of restaurants within walking distance, but the onsite restaurant Legong is already very good, especially their floating breakfast and desserts. special shout-out to Komang who spent almost 2hrs on my nails and sharing with me that the villa is owned by locals, instead of expats.

We had a lovely stay in villa Sunrise, the house is so pretty and spacious! So good to live out to the sea. Remember watershoes since it’s a stony beach. We went out for dinner every day of our stay in the same cosy warung which is in walking distance, right next to a very good spa place (also a recommendation!) Our house was cleaned up every day, so the beds were made and the bathroom tidy. Thank you for everything :-)

Excellent accommodation, excellent host, beautiful place with the sunrise in front of the room. Both the host and the girls were sooo polite and smiley, they were always there for us without being noticed. Beautiful rimless swimming pool, a quiet place to rest after Ubud’s madness, but also close to Amed for further activities. A must-stay place in Bali.
