I had an amazing experience at this homestay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help with local recommendations or anything I needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back!

If you look at the needs of tourists, this house wins in terms of strategic location. Adjacent to tourist attractions such as Batu Burok Beach, KTCC, Mosque, eateries and hospitals.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. It’s in a good location, close to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Check-in was simple too.

-elevator is close to the house and car park. - neat beautiful house. - strategic place -if there is a wheelchair it is a little difficult because to get out of the elevator to the house x there is a step for the wheelchair. From parking to the elevator there is a step 👍🏻(can you just lift it) - everything else is ok, you can repeat if it's available.

Best Stay Ever! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The response time was incredibly fast, making everything feel effortless. The only downside was that we didn’t realize there wasn’t any water provided, as we assumed there would be mineral water available. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again!

Best strategic, easy laundry near nearby eateries, all places are just a short distance away. But overall satisfied. Prices are very reasonable. Tap water comes out fast.

I had an incredible stay at Delova Beach Homestay! From the moment I booked, the owner, Lily, was extremely responsive, replying quickly and going out of her way to guide me through everything, including check-in and local tips. Her attentiveness made my trip so much easier and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of the stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong, and everything was clean and functional. The location is also perfect – it’s easy to find, with ample parking, and the beach is just a short walk away. My parents also loved the homestay, and we all enjoyed the nearby area with plenty of shops and food options, making it super easy to find great meals. I highly recommend Delova Beach Homestay, and I can’t wait to return!

Everything is great and host really helpful..just hoping in future the room available as well at ground level for older people..host even made bbq pit available which made this house great for famaly vacation…a lil bit hot at living room mybe host can consider extra stand fan..overall the stay was a great staycation

the accommodation is very comfortable and child-friendly because I stay with ank²... the best is a very nice and best friendly host because the apartment has a massage chair for guests as if to understand us who drive far away...a great stay 👍👍👍
