We had a great time at Elia House! The house was spotless, very tidy, and exactly as shown in the photos, modern and comfortable . From the very beginning, we felt at home. The location is very convenient for excursions in the area and is also next to the beach which is accessible on foot and is all sandy. We visited the beach, Ancient Olympia which is very close, we went for a walk in Caiaphas and enjoyed the nature. There are also several villages and taverns for nice food and relaxation in the surrounding area. Georgia, the host, was very friendly and helpful as she was always willing to help us with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely go back since it is just 3 hours from Athens. We recommend it to anyone who wants a calm and beautiful stay in Ilia and visit Ancient Olympia.

Mano’s responsiveness and help was remarkable. The house is quite comfortable for up to 8 people. It has everything you want and makes you feel like home! The only two things worth mentioning are: 1) There are a lot of mosquitoes in the area, making it difficult to enjoy the fantastic yard of the house and discouraging everyone needing to go outside for any reason. Having equipped the house with both inside and outside mosquitoes repellents would be a quite important “plus”. 2) The yard is not fully fenced in, so if someone has a dog that tends to wander or does not have good recall, they can easily get outside of the premises of the house.

Christos' home in Krestena is a unique opportunity to experience village life with all the comforts. The house is squeaky clean, organized, comfortable, has good wifi performance, & above all offers the lovely view it advertises. The village is lively & right in the middle of many fascinating locations 20 minutes in all directions with alpine hikes literally outside the door. A visit in spring is a further benefit as the verdant landscape is splashed with colorful wildflowers. We felt comfortable allowing our pre-teen to wander the streets of the village on his own. There is a KTEL station in the town so no need for a car but preferable to explore the wider area. One note: since the area where the house is built on the mountain slope is in an older part of town, the streets are narrow. When arriving at the house for the first time, make sure to follow Christos' instructions rather than the GPS. And for some of the best bread we've had in a long time, head to Spyropoulos Bakery.

The apartment is part of the beautiful house with garden, which is inhabited by Catherine and her family. The rooms are large and shady, in front of the apartment you can sit well, use a grill and outdoor shower. The famous sunset can be observed through the bushes. The beach is within walking distance: a beautiful bay with loungers and umbrellas, we paid for them by buying drinks and were highly satisfied. The much larger beach can be reached by wading through a shallow stream. There was a lot of space there (except during the actual season!!!)- Parasols and loungers, but only as an offer for the guests of the large hotel. You need a car for shopping and restaurants. Of particular tourist interest is Olympia, 30 minutes away by car. We found what we were looking for at Catherine's: quiet, well-kept surroundings, extremely warm hospitality. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Xristina gave us a really warm welcome, and explanation on the house amenities. The house is very comfortable, spacious, light, well constructed and equipped with all amenities and even more than that. It has a good luxury feeling. Good quality interior. . Fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen was filled with groceries when we arrived. Outside seating with privacy for both sun and shade. Xristina gave good advice on restaurants and local beaches ( there is several really nice beaches not more than 15 minutes away and the one across the street of course) all in all. Great place, great host hope to be back again

Kostas accommodation is simply perfect for a short stay in Olympia. Everything within walking distance. We particularly liked that there are two great restaurants directly at the accommodation and you - although quietly located - are only one street away from the main street. So you could go for a nice stroll in the evening after the bus tourists had left. Kostas greeted us personally, assigned us a parking space and is super friendly. He gives good tips for exploring or can tell interesting Greek history. This saved us from having a guide at the excavation site. In addition, parking on the street is super safe even with luggage in the car. Absolutely recommended accommodation. Thank you Kostas!

It was really all perfect! If you are looking for a few days of rest and relaxation, this is the perfect place. Dionysis has thought of every detail - you immediately feel at home. I can only highly recommend it! Thank you very much 🙏

We were warmly welcomed by Mina - Christos' mother. We felt right at home. The garden is very well maintained and fenced - so perfect for children to play and run. We had an apartment in the Upper floor and thus also great views. Everything was very clean and in very good condition. For the fair price, everything you need to cook was available. In case of missing utensils, Mina would certainly help. There is also a washing machine for shared use and Mina even washed our laundry! It is about a 15-minute walk to the beautiful quiet beach with a beach bar/shower/toilet/a few loungers and umbrellas. But there is also plenty of parking space there. Taverns are also there - but were now closed in April/May. Due to the warm nature of Mina and the wonderful surroundings, we would always come back!
