Apartment holiday rentals in Krotiri

A lovely flat in a fantastic location, secluded yet in the thick of things - a lovely street leading towards the waterside. Fantastic recommendations from Lila too, which materially helped us plan out our time on Paros. 🙂

We had an absolutely marvellous stay at Silvanis. The place was well appointed, clean, efficient and comfortable. The kitchenette had all the basics to make a quick meal. The outdoor area had plenty of loungers and umbrellas to enjoy the pool. Magdalene was a great host- she was friendly, responsive and helpful. We were grateful that she allowed a late checkout which made our travel day so much easier. Our every need was met - parking and onsite laundry were a bonus especially for longer stays. It was hard to leave and we are already dreaming of coming back.

Staying at the Honey and Cinnamon Airbnb was a dream, the place is even more beautiful than the pictures and the hosts were super helpful! They picked us up from the airport and helped us get a rental car when we wanted one. 10/10 experience, would stay here again!

Maria and this apartment are the best. Maria is the kind of host that makes you wish there are 6 stars. She greeted me at the port and walked me to the apartment, helping me orient myself to the town. She points out the bus stop, grocery stores, boat for beaches, and good restaurants. The apartment is great. I lucked out as the place was ready at 10am, but Maria also offers to store bags if needed. The apartment is quiet, comfy beds, great light, and has nice details you’d want to see on a Greek vacation such as the blue doors, antique chandeliers, views of verandas and plants. You’re no more than a 5 minute walk to the port (manageable with a large suitcase), bus stops, and 1-2 minute walk from shops. The washing machine was broken (now fixed) but Maria offered to do my laundry and returned it dried and folded 😭❤️ A gem. 15/10 would stay again and recommend! Thank you, Maria & Paros!

Magnifique logement, à 10 minutes à pieds du centre de Parikia offrant une vue sublime surtout lors du coucher de soleil. Nous avons été accueilli par son père, Giannis, qui nous a été de très bons conseils pour notre séjour à Paros, et toujours disponible pour la moindre question. Logement très propre, très bien équipé. Vous ne serez pas déçus de séjourner la bas !

Hands down the best location in Parikia. Our two families reserved both The Door and The Loft properties and it could not have worked out better. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the shared balcony every evening. We did not rent a car but both the ferry and bus stop are so close. The bus is super easy to navigate to other parts of Paros and super convenient for a day trip to Antiparos. Definitely recommend.

Didier es un excelente anfitrión, siempre muy atento y con buenos consejos. Fue flexible en el check in, lo cual fue muy importante para nosotros!!! El apartamento tiene un punto perfecto para estar en el corazón de Parikia. Además nos obsequió un vino de la zona, agradecemos mucho su cordialidad!

We were very satisfied with everything about the studio. Αντωνία was very welcoming and there list of recommendations in the room really helped us a lot. Extremely clean and overall a relaxing place.

This place was great. Minutes walk from the ferry terminal, John met us at the apartment. As seen in the pictures, the top floor setting has a fantastic 360 degree view of the bay and mountains. Plenty of sun , if you want shade you've got that as well. It is ideal for 2 people, clean and well thought out. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk. Small but decent. There is a small beach 15 minutes. It is sandy but water shoes required. There are plenty of restaurants along the front.

The garden suite was great for my family of 4. Clean and walking distance to beach, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Host was very responsive and even setup an early morning taxi transfer to the airport which was very helpful. The very lovey cleaning lady, Elmira, was so welcoming warm and friendly, she picked roses and oranges for us from their garden. So sweet!! I would highly recommend!

The Agia Maria apartment is really lovely. And Giannis is the perfect host. Met me at the apartment on arrival. Even offered to run me from/to the ferry port (I declined as it’s a relatively easy 15 min walk). The amount of local information he sent me 24 hours after arrival was fantastic. Location is close enough to the tourist areas (but not in the thick of it!). Big supermarket 10 minutes walk which is handy. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Sweetest and calm place ever !!!

Georgios ist ein aeußerst aufmerksamer Gastgeber bei dem wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefuehlt haben.Wuensche wurden umgehend erfuellt. Es machte Spaß mit ihm zu kommunizieren und mehr ueber das Leben auf Paros zu erfahren.Die Wohnung ist groß, gut ausgestattet und nur wenige hundert Meter vom Altstadtzentrum entfernt.Wir haetten es noch gut dort ein paar Tage ausgehalten und sollten wir wieder einmal nach Paros kommen, hat er hoffentlich Platz fuer uns.

Such a great stay! Incredible view!! At the top of a mountain looking over Parikia port and livadia beach. You NEED a car to get around from here but the location is great! Such a nice area to be in and the apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beata's was absolutely stunning! Superior room service and such a great restaurant next door. Loved our stay and hope to back again!

Mi pareja y yo hemos disfrutado de esta magnífica casa durante 3 días, y todo era tal cual aparecía en las fotos. Apartamento muy cómodo y nuevo, bien situado y muy tranquilo. Tanto la cama como el baño están muy bien, y en nuestro apartamento había una terraza donde hemos podido desayunar cada mañana. Y lo mejor de todo, la atención de Kyriakos. Disponible en todo momento para resolver cualquier consulta o duda que tuviéramos acerca del alojamiento, y además, recomendándonos sitios en base a nuestras preferencias. Si volvemos a Paros, tenemos claro que repetiremos estancia en esta casa.

CiCi was the most helpful and fun host ever!!! She even came over late at night when I couldn’t open the safe. She was incredibly responsive and professional! The best of the best!!!

This was one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in. The view and more private location on Naxos was amazing and provided a perfect place to relax between our packed weekend schedule. Alexandros was extremely helpful and responsive with everything from check-in, to helping us organize a car rental (highly encourage for this location + Naxos), to extremely detailed recommendations & flexible check out. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and loved having this home as our home base!

This was the perfect location in Nauossa. Right in town and walkable to restaurants, the harbor, shops, etc. The apartment was comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub and outside veranda very much. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again should we come back to Paros.

We had a great experience at Mardiva Estates! The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean. Cleaning service came every morning and it was extremely helpful they do your laundry as well! The quick walk right into Naousa made it so easy for us to explore the town. The view from the rooftop hot tub was amazing. The area was quiet and private. Would definitely recommend Mardiva Estates!
